INTRODUCTION
Tourism is considered as one of the fastest growing industry. They are providing
enormous opportunities to various other sectors. UK is enriched with heritage, culture and
natural tourist destinations (Andersen and et. al., 2014. ). It helps in attracting millions of visitors
every year. Through this sector, people of UK are provided with various job opportunities. It
helps in improving their lifestyle. On the other various arrangements are required in order to
maintain visitors’ attractions towards the destinations (Bond, Packer and Ballantyne, 2015). The
present report is based in context with visitor attraction management. In this report determination
of impact of visitor attraction management are considered in context with VisitBritain.
Evaluation is based on visitors attracting points and their importance in the growth (Caruso and
et. al., 2017). Along with this various management theories are considered to meet needs of
visitors and motivate them. Processes and potentials issues are implemented into the
development procedure of visitor attraction. Various techniques and concepts are also evaluated
for understanding the impact of applications on sustainability (Cheng and et. al., 2013).
TASK 1
ATTRACTIONS IN UNITED KINGDOM

This article is based on various visitors’ attractive destinations of UK. They are distributed
on the basis of heritage, culture, structure, festivals and events (Chin and et. al., 2014). Through
these places VisitBritain is able to attract large number of visitors towards them. It helps in
increasing revenue and profitability. It also provides various job opportunities to the local people
(D'Antonio and et. al., 2013). Therefore, role of visitors’ attraction is significant in the
development of the country.
Overlap of visitor attraction
UK is considered as 8th most preferred tourism destination in the world. Through this
sector they are increasing GDP of the country up to 11% every year (Davies, Paton and
O'Sullivan, 2013). Visit Britain is a national travel and tourism industry of UK. They are
working to attract maximum travelers to increase tourism sector (Davis and et. al,. 2013). There
are various elements are available that are attracting visitors such as buildings, nature and

beaches and so on (Fonseca, Seabra and Silva, 2015). Following are major category of visitors’
attraction in UK:

Heritage and cultural attraction: UK is having enriched heritage and culture destinations.
Most of the travelers are visiting these places to explore culture and heritages of British empire
(Frenzel, 2017). Some of the destinations are Stonehenge, tower of London, and Giant's
Causeway. Through these places people are able to understand the cultural richness of the place.
Stonehenge: It is considered as a prehistoric destination of UK (Fu and Yeh, 2014). It is one of
the famous and most visited place of England. The structure was developed 10,000 years ago
(Karin Olsson and Gellerstedt, 2014).
Tower of London: It is established on the bank of river, consist of signature of royalty of British
empire. It is established into the area of 12 acres (Katsoni, 2015).
Giant's Causeway: In year 1986, it is considered as place of national natural reserve. It is
developed due to the interlocking of volcanic eruption (Kaya and Marangoz, 2014).

Buildings and monuments: Various buildings and manmade structures are also attracting
travelers towards their beauty and exclusiveness. Some of them are London Eyes, Eden project,
Thorpe Park and so on. Eden project is considered as excellent arrangements of biomes all
around the worlds. At this place travelers are able to experience diversified plants from
Mediterranean and tropical ecosystem (Lin, Cheng and Lau, 2015). With the help of these
structures tourists are able to understand the capability and knowledge of the people of that place
(Mistilis, Buhalis and Gretzel, 2014).
Nature: They are also having various natural places for the nature lovers, such as lake
Windermere, Pembroke shire Coast and so on. Millions of people are attracted towards fresh air,
natural beauty and adventurous activity and so on (Mitsche and et. al., 2013). Along with this
various beaches and water sports are also playing significant role in attracting visitors (Nao,
2014).

Festivals and events: Different festivals and events are organised every year that are attracting
visitors across the worlds. In the same order, Olympic and Glastonbury are considered as most
popular events of UK. Olympic is attracting visitors across the world (Pechlaner and et. al.,
2014). With the help of these events travel and tourism sector boosted up. With the help of these
