INTRODUCTIONVisitor's are running business in significant way. As trend of travelling is increasing, so itis essential to work according to need and effectiveness of company. People are visiting placesfor different purpose, so there is difference in activities of company. There is use of techniquethrough which they can work according to need and desire of customer. There are various placeswhich are effective for growth of business and it is important to deal with customer's desire andneed. This report is based on VisitBritain which is one of the best tourism company establishedin London, UK in 2003 (Erfurt-Cooper, 2011). In this report there is discussion about importanceof various visitor's attraction, need and motivation of visitors, different theories of touristmotivation, processes and potential issues associated with management of visitor's attraction.There is discussion about visitors management strategies, techniques which provide sustainabledevelopment. There is use ofpolicies which is effective for growth of business. Managers has to select techniques throughwhich company can work according to need and demand of client. Sometimes there isoverlapping of terms and conditions, through which association can have knowledge about useof business factors. There are possibilities that company has to select approaches through whichchange in business operations is possible. There is use of techniques which are effective forgrowth of business operations, this helps to know what has to be done with which associationcan work according to knowledge of client. Sometimes there is difference in working style so this affects business profits and growth. Thereis use of techniques which are significant for making destinations popular. For e.g. Thorpe Parkis famous for its natural beauty, this helps to provide eminence pleasure to customer. LondonEye and Eden Project are also good destination for natural places (Gammon and Fear, 2013).While at the same time there are some destinations which are effective for cultural and regionalpurpose. Some of the places are as under- Windsor Castle, York Minister, Goon Hilly downs,1

etc. Some people do not take use of policies which are significant for business objectives. Thereare many modifications which has to be considered by mangers of GreatBritain. There must be use of techniques which are significant for making changes in businessoperations. There must be use of factors which are possible for making changes in businessoperations (Legohérel, Fyall and Poutier, 2013). There is requirement of consideration ofchanges which is effective for analysing market and then use policies which is effective forgrowth of business. In UK there are some places which are famous for its architecture andambience. There are many places where painting exhibition, photo shoot, art gallery, etc. So itis important to plan destinations as per requirement of client. There is difference in image ofplace as per perception of customers.
