 At the time of developing the tourist places in order to attract
higher number of visitors several kinds of procedures and
issues considered by the management.
 At the current study Albert museum and national park of
London are developed by the manager of tourists where
specific process and problems involved which are explained
as below:

Procedure: Project management
feasibility
 It is highly necessary to do study and analyse about
the feasibility of the visitors that up to which level
they will be attract towards the museum and
national park.
 With the help of doing study on the feasibility of
project management the tourists places can be
develop in proper manner.

Design of destination
 At the time of attracting visitors, design and
location of the destination and place must be highly
effectual.
 When the places are designed in better ways, then it
will be the most attractive for the visitors which is
sign of increasing their number at the part and
museum.
 Moreover, design must be attractive and effectual of
touristy places.

Involvement of local community
 At the time developing the tourist attraction,
involvement of the people of country must be
required for the management.
 If they will not include in the every step or phase of
the development then, fruitful outcomes cannot
derived.

Planning applications
 There are various number of applications and
softwares are used by the people which lead to
provide all the information about specific place.
 Further, the tourist management of London has to
use and plan the application which helps to develop
their attraction and affects in positive ways.

Customer care
 Every visitor concerns that, company will provide
services of customer care which helps to resolve any
issues arisen.
 Due to giving proper and effective guidance along
with solving problems by customer care, visitor will
be attract in more number.

Location
 Very basic problem which affects to the visitor
attraction development is location as it is highly
concerned for the tourists.
 When the location of the destination will be
effectual and easy to reachable by any transportation
way then visitors will attract highly.
 On the other side, tourist location is very outside and
people cannot reach smoothly, then it creates issue
for development of the tourist attraction.

Capital or funding
 At the time of developing the places, money or
capital having very important place because due to
lack of fund the management cannot make any kind
of development.
 Local, regional or European Union when not allow
the places for providing fund adequately then it
becomes major issue.

Consultants of tourism
 Due lack of availability of the consultants and
guiders of tourism, development of visitor
destination affects in the negative ways.
 When proper guidelines are not assessed that how
and in which ways tourists attraction have to
develop then effective development hamper up to
the higher extent.

Tourism organisation or framework
 There are several authority party like national,
international etc. have different laws and rules about
the tourism which lead to affect to the development.
 In order to make modifications and changes in any
of the policy or rules then overall development
affects up to the highest level.
