INTRODUCTIONVisitor management is the monitoring of public building for tours. Collecting variousinformation about the tourists, visitor management can analyse the basic facilities needed bytourists . Visitor monitoring can be done by using computers and different software. VisitBritainis national tourism industry in England. The main aim of this agency is to increase value andvolume of tourism in England. It has focused on increasing Britain's economy (Aitchison andet.al., 2014). In this report, the main concern is on analysis of importance of different visitor'sattraction. The purpose and special features of the destination places are discussed. Further, itfocuses on understanding visitors’ needs, types and motivation theory. Moreover, it hasdiscussed the issues in development process and application of management techniques.Task 11.1 Overlap of visitor attractionVisitBritain is national tour agency in England which aims to attract tourists of differentcountries, contribute its full efforts to destination product, increase revenue and employment ofEngland. The main purpose of this country is to attract visitors in different places like Thorpepark, London Eye, Eden Project etc.Thorpe Park:Thorpe park attracts the visitors as it is a wonderful Lake in Surrey London. It is centre ofattraction as it provides thrilling experience to the visitors. The natural beauty and silence of theplace wins the heart of people. Further, there is a hotel named Thorpe park resort which issituated between Chersttsey and Staines upon Thames towns which attracts the tourists the most.London Eye:London Eye is very big Ferris wheels on the side of Thames river. The wheel is 443 feettall and 394 feet wide. It is also known as Coca-Cola London Eye (Alazaizeh and et.al., 2016). Itattracts the tourists as it adjoins Jubilee garden which is also situated the bank of the riverThames. It is biggest cantilevered wheel in the world which can be seen from 40 kilometres fromevery direction. It can carry 800 people at one time which is nearly equal to the capacity of 11ducker buses of London. Olympic games:1

Olympic games attract mainly sports loving tourists. It is international event which helpin every six months. In these game, thousands of athletes take part which increases the moretourists to visit the place as they are from different countries. Further, the main aim ofVisitBritain is to increase the volume of all types of customers in their country to increasetourists’ economy of the country.Windsor Castle:Windsor Castle is royal house of British family which is famous for its architecturaldesign. It has covered the longest space of the country. Its rooms are fantastically andwonderfully designed with all facilities (Albrecht, 2014). It attracts the visitors as it has thelargest association with Britishers. Further, it organises various events like Christmas carol andother festival events which attracts the tourists towards them. The main purpose of Visit Britainagency is to increase their profit and revenue. 1.2 Analysing the significance of several visitor attractionsDifferent destinations of England have increased the number of visitors in the country.The image of tourism industry depends on the number of attractive places and profile oftravellers who visits the place. The tourists will attract to these places when accommodation andother facilities are properly managed. Further, local people are also benefited from the tourismindustry as they get more opportunities to employ in this sector. This industry also helps thelocal people to expand their business by promoting it to different tourists. All the destinations including natural, man-made and events of the England helpsVisitBritain agency to explore their business and increase the number of tourists in this place.Additionally, tourism in Britain helps to attract new business, enhance the local heritage andculture of the country and increases revenue of the country (Dewhurst and Thwaites, 2014).Tourists in the country helps in conserving and preserving historical buildings and destination ofUK. Further, technology also plays an important role in maintaining the image of the country.Better facilities and services like internet and wifi helps customers to book their shows andrestaurants which make positive effect on the customers. Human resource management is alsovery necessary in managing the employee of the destination so that they can behave properly andprovide all facilities to their customers. It also regulates the employment opportunities to thelocal people of the country.2
