INTRODUCTION Attraction are major key aspect of tourism. Visitor attraction are the some location,places, objects, features and man made structures that have an effective appeal to visitors andlocal people. At different location many famous destination and specific attractions play amotivating role. These places are some major pull factors for visitors for their choice ofdestination (Coghlan, 2012). These are the important core of tourism products and services.Large number of tourists are attract towards towards specific and unique attractive places. Themost essential feature of tourist attraction is that it is consumed at various places rather thanhome. It consist that before consumption of products related with tourism the client need totravel places. Every people have their own set of interest, so they choose place as per theirinterest. National tourism agency is an industry who provide safe and secure visit to theircustomers. This is a non-commercial industry of ministry that provide tourism and sport to thecommonwealth of Belarus. London eye is the most popular place where large number of peopleare go for visit. These specific places are helpful in increasing economy of country. London eyeis a giant Ferris wheel which is cited on river of south bank in London. Visitor attraction industry is an essentialaspect of travel and tourism organisation. These sectors are helpful in providing enjoyment,interest, excitement and various activities for people who are visit a place. If at any visitingplace there is large number of people are available at same time than it affects the interest ofvisitors and its call overlapping (Evans, Stonehouse and Campbell, 2012). For example: If in any specific destination of attraction in which the place is availablefor 300 people only but the tour manager include more than 300 visitors, so there will beovercrowding and all visitors will not able to enjoy the trip and nature of place. people will dissatisfied, in this situation visitors doesn't show any interest and surely they willnot approach the organisation for their future trip. This is not good for any organisation, thiswill destroy the image of company and it may cause loss situation for company. Overlapping ismajor issue for firm as well as for clients also because in the situation of overlapping visitorsinterest goes down and they not showing their concern towards the place and its speciality. Itdirectly affect the productivity and sell of firm (Gössling and et.al.,2011). Overlapping causeless interest of customers towards firm and they may switch the company with the other wellreputed organisation. The major purpose of creating visitors attraction is large number of people are attracttowards the new and attractive place, and the profit margin of company as well as nation is alsoincreased. Travel and tourism are the important aspect of making large number of profitbecause number of people are go for trip as per their interest and they spend huge amount formaking their trip memorable. The visitor attraction are created by people and these are dividedinto three major categories such as man made attraction, natural visitor attraction and culturalattraction. People are attract towards different places as pet their own set of interest. Old age peopleare attract towards historical places and young people are attract towards adventures places.Hills, mountains, caves and seas are included in natural visitor attraction places. These placesare naturally invented, there is not any contribution of human. Historical places are included incultural place, in this unique and special things are included related with various differentcultural. Old age and kids are mainly attracted towards these kind of places. In man madevisitor places such as great wall of china, great pyramid. These are made my human affords. The major overlapping is arises due to similarity of places, some visitors attracting places aresame, so tourists are mainly go towards the most famous among them and avoid less popularplaces, this may cause loss for government and its economy. Another reason of overlapping islarge number of crowd, some time there is large number of people who are visiting same placeat same time, so this may create dissatisfaction because due to crowed people are not able tospend enough time to visualize that particular place. The places of interest in London are viewed as Londonattraction places which are viewed as profit making undertaking.London eye is a tourist attraction centre located in London near Westminster Bridge. It has theworlds largest observation wheel designed to provide tourists the wider view of London city inless than half an hour (Law and Buhalis, 2010.).1.London eye has variety of products that it offers to its visitors like Ferris wheel,surrounded by river Thames, river cruises, wide view of historic building etc. Londoneye park has an objective of providing visitors with magnificent and diversified productsand has also established resources such as hotels and catering services for visitors ,meeting halls for corporates, other facilities like field etc. 2.The management team ensures to provide facilities for every age group at reasonablecharges or charges with discounts.3.The competing attraction centres offer a wide variety of features along with supportservices. In order to compete with the changing scenario, the management is opting forinnovative investment and adopting effective marketing strategies to enhance awarenessabout the company products. 4.London eye company is considered as a major source of government revenue in theform of corporate taxes. The adverse effect of government policies also arise as achallenge for the company. The revenues are being accumulated and revenues areturning into liabilities which results in failure of managing various sections within thepark. This greatly affected the site as the visitors switch towards the competitors andthereby competitive advantage is gained by them. The park managers can adopt diversified strategies which includes various ways for generationof income and various activities within as well as outside the park to generate visitors attraction.3
