INTRODUCTION
Visitors attraction management is the process of evaluating different aspect of visitors in
order to enhance tourism of the country. It is very important for each and every country to
maintain their travel and tourism department, it will help in developing economic outlooks of the
country. Establishing tourism in the country is very critical process it requires proper
understanding regards their core visitors and helps in maintaining sustainability. This report is
based on the importance of the visitor’s attraction, their impacts, theories related to tourist
motivation and visitor management strategies.
TASK 1
1.1 Overlap of visitor’s attraction in relation to particular types of attraction.
Visitors attractions are those points per destinations which have special attraction of the
tourist and other local residents of the country. It can be natural places or manmade
infrastructures which are very popular among everyone. In different countries, specific attraction
point plays very critical role in establishing tourist. Visitors attraction plays a role of motivator
in order to increase the visitors of that country (Alonso, 2016). Whenever people plans holidays
and vacations attraction points plays very important role in deciding the destination. That why it
is important for the government to lay full stress on the travel and tourism department of the
country. There are so many different methods of classifying attraction points, this can be based
on the choice of the visitors or their likes. Every country has so many tourist destinations and
some of them are visitor’s attraction, that is central point of tourist. If the country has absence of
attraction than it is very difficult for their department to maintain stability in the growth of the
tourism. Visitors attractions are classified into four categories.
Natural places like Temples, mountains and rivers are also coming under visitor’s attraction now
a day. There are many people who choose destinations on the basis of worship places available
there.
Man-made structures, buildings and places which are designed in a such a way that they
are strong enough to attract tourist. Many man made infrastructures are famous around
the world because of their unique and special designs.
The attributes of natural surrounding along with the theme parks, amusement parks and
hotels come under this category.

Destinations which are based on various archaeological facts or historical events also
plays very important role in attracting tourist to the country (Barkemeyer, 2014).
Lastly, events are also referred to be a vital part of visitor’s attraction involving both
local people and tourists.
For enhancing tourism department of the country it is very important for the government to
maintain their tourist attraction points in regard to cleanliness, transportation, connectivity and
food and basic amenities. Travel and tourism is the important part of any country. It helps in
improving its economic and financial outcomes. The main purpose of tourist attraction point is to
enhance the attention of the visitors.
This is on considering such some visitor’s attractions in London, UK, Coca- cola London
Eye, Tower of London, Sea life London aquarium, Westminster Abbey, British Museum, St.
Paul’s Cathedral, Hampton Court Palace and Royal Museum Greenwich are some popularly
known attractions. Out of which, on discussing upon the overlapping of famous visitor’s
attractions, St. Paul’s Cathedral can be chosen over here. This is due to its 2 distinct nature
where people consider it as both visitor attraction as well as a religious attraction. This depicts
the overlapping of visitor’s attraction where the chosen attraction illustrates visitor’s attraction
for its noteworthy attribute in the London skyline presenting a well-known dome. Whereas, as a
religious attraction, it tends to convey a sense of spirituality and holiness in those visitors who
does not even belongs to Christianity. Also, being one of the oldest building, it presents a
heritage outlook of London, UK.
1.2 Analyze the importance of different visitor’s attraction.
Visitors attraction are important to enhance tourism of the country. It is very essential for
the government to maintain travel and tourism department of the country. Visitors attractions are

need hierarchy theory. In his theory he states that every individual is different and their way of
dealing with the situation is also differ from each other. He divides the basic motivation needs of
the individual in to five stages:
Physiological needs: According to Abraham Maslow these are the basic needs for each
and every individual present on this earth. It is very important to fulfill physiological needs of
the individual to keep them motivated towards their life. Food, water, air and shelter are
physiological needs of the human being.
Safety needs: In his theory he states that each and every individual needs to feel safe and
secure in order to lead a happy life. Security and protection is very important for the individual
to keep them motivated.
