A travel agency is a private retailer or public service which provide tourism related
service to the public on behalf of suppliers such as activities like airlines, car rentals, hotel,
railways and tourist packages. Some tourist have separate department which provide services
related to the business travel. The main role of travel agency is to act as an agent and selling
travel product and services
On behalf of a supplier. The source of income for travel agency is based on commission which is
