Introduction
The description of this project is based on the different kind of important factors that would
be in relation to implementing of SAP system in Yes Chemist Pty Ltd. The company has
plans for implementing the SAP systems in the recent times in order to bring in massive
forms of changes within the business processes of the organisation.
The plan developed for the project would be able to outline the major form of deliverables
that would be made over the project. The project scope of the report would be outlined in
detail. This report would also outline the different processes of business that would be
benefited with the outcome of the implementation of SAP systems. Thus the project would
also cover the planned schedule that would be determined for the project. The budget and
risks involved within the project would also be discussed widey in the report. The

The project is focused on developing of SAP systems within Yes Chemist Pty Ltd that would
be performed by VUISC Pty Ltd. The aim of the project is based on discussing the
fundamentals of SAP implementation and discuss the various costs, number of resources,
develop a risk plan and discuss communication plan for the concerned project.
The objectives of the project are:
1. To determine the costs and other factors in relation to the project.
2. To determine the activities that could be implemented within the project based on the SAP
Implementation.
3. To understand risks and maintain a communication plan for the project.

The project discusses the different implementation aspects in relation to the SAP
implementation project. The project is highly needed for Yes Chemist Pty Ltd for improving
the business processes and improve the efficiency of business in their sector.

In this matrix, the different resources are listed who would be working over the project. The
owners of VUISC would be concerned over the developmental aspects of the SAP systems.
The initial planning phase of the project would be performed by the project managers at the
company and who have a good knowledge over the systems.
On the other hand, the software developers, testers and quality assurance testers would be
highly be required during the developmental aspects of the project. These teams would be
responsible for developing the SAP systems. The Subject Matter Experts would be
responsible for documenting the entire project aspects.
