This research proposal aims to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on workplace transformation practices adopted by Waitrose. The study will investigate the challenges faced by Waitrose during the implementation of workplace transformation practices. The research will use a positivism research philosophy, deductive research approach, and quantitative research choice. The data will be collected through probability sampling and analyzed using frequency distribution tables. The research will involve human participants, and their consent will be obtained through questionnaires. The personal data will be stored and processed in compliance with the Data Protection Act (1998).
