 Each of the tasks would be grouped under 3 categories: Invitations, Food,
Bridal
 Based on the completion of one task, the next task would proceed.
 The sequence of the task would be dependent on the planned WBS structure

The tools and techniques that would be used for project time management are:
 Presenting activity logs
 Precedence Diagram Method
 Determination of dependency
 Lags and leads

Communication Strategies
The communication with the three teams along with the
stakeholders would be made in the following ways:
 Internal exchange of information, which could be made in
following ways:
1. Conduction of regular meetings
2. Performing daily scrum activities
3. Process of decision-making
