I have analyzed that claims, arbitration, disputes as well as variations can create
number of problems. It is identified that if the conflict remains unresolved then
it generally can develop negative impact. In addition to this, I have identified
that unresolved variations as well as claims poses negative impact on the
relation that is maintained by the organization’s employees with other team
members that can further destroy trust as well as healthy relation and generally
also impacts the productivity as well as performance of the organization.
The problem or issues that are related with claims, disputes as well as
arbitrations can generally be avoided or resolved by taking appropriate step.
Communication is considered as one of the important factors that can be helpful
in resolving conflict, disputes, claims and arbitrations that occur. Moreover, it is
also necessary to make proper agreements and involve in the work that helps in
prioritizing the work such that the problem can be easily resolved.
Yes, it is identified that the researcher world view is to create huge impact on
the project. Additionally, the research that is conducted has been quite
successfully validated.
I have analyzed that the sources of data as well as information which is generally
given to the researchers for collecting proper data and therefore with the help
of the given information proper knowledge about the matter can be easily
achieved. Moreover, it is found that the information is very much significant for
both the research as well as for the purpose of commercial negotiation.
It is found that different types of assumptions are generally developed for the
research and it is found that the developed assumptions are quite reasonable as
