Executive Summery
The main aim of this report is analyzing the winding engineering company activities which is
focused on welding services such as welding machines, sheet metal fabrications and others. This medical
fabrication is a raw structure of raw material by using the operations like cutting, assembling, and bending.
This wending engineering company expand their business globally, but still they need to make a proper
strategies plan to justify the internal such as strength and weaknesses and external environment like
opportunities and threats. It helps the company to enhance their performance and compete with their
competitors in the market and achieve their target effectively and efficiently.
