WHS AND WELL-BEING1 Techniques to resolve cross-cultural misunderstandings In the communities the business is attained, it is essential to have a valuable workforce to represent the point-of-view. It is beneficial to represent the cross-cultural in the workforce for being able to understand the marketing and product needs of the potential customers. It is essential to understand the rise of disputes capable in the working environment which is multi-cultural. The disputes can occur with involvement of misinformation, roles, values and emotions present in the workforce. The increment in the capability of sources can be due to different cultures which may conflict harming the base of the business. The culture is based on the individual’s values and roles with the involvement of women in the workforce as well(Gonçalves, et al., 2016). The techniques for resolving the misunderstandings in cross-cultural are not to assume the disputes involving different cultures individuals, not to think that people are understanding the point instead provide the explanation for processing the resolution to avoid disputes. It is important to consider all parties and draft the documents in the particular language for providing feasibility, an allowing the use of interpreters while respecting the other point-of-view. It will be easy after asking common questions to have knowledge about the unaware points if linked with cultural issues. Individuals cultural norms investigation involved in the dispute which can be misunderstanding and useful for authenticating cultural rights. It is crucial to focus on the presence of different cultures at the workplace and cultural occurrence nurturing the understanding. There are many more techniques as well which can be applied in resolving the cross-cultural misunderstandings(Delaney, 2019).
