because values are found as the integral portion of training and education. It is found as crucial for
the English grammar teacher to consider the several important attributes which include

teach. It is a concept that has two advantages for students. It is easier to understand with an
example. A English grammar teacher is qualified in the profession and also possesses good
teaching skills. These abilities enable a teacher to provide the best skills and knowledge to their
educators. It contributes to providing students with a high-quality education. It contributes to the
educators' training and development. The notion of dual professionalism enhances teachers'
abilities to provide good and effective education and training to employees. The professor's
knowledge is effective and helpful to the pupil. At the same time, the teacher must monitor the
educators' fashion taste, as this has an impact on them. In order to following the dual
professionalism, I have several extra additional skills with knowledge which aids to perform my
functions of English teacher in an effective and efficient manner. Some skills of dual
professionalism include masters in English grammar. I also have completed training as a trainee in
order to gaining the deep knowledge about the English subject.
1.2 Explain ways in which own professional values influence own practice in an area of
specialism
Professional values are required to work effectively as a English grammar teacher. There are four
important values that a English grammar teacher must consider in order to work effectively (Özer,
2020). The teacher needs to know all of these values in designed to persuade the students. The
following values are discussed:
Dignity: It is defined as respect. A English grammar teacher should treat everyone with respect
and must not discriminate on any basis. As the students benefit from them, it is necessary to
instil dignity in them. As they may communicate properly in the future, they will treat all
work equally. They must treat all businesses fairly and with respect. It is worth noting that
there must be dignity in teaching in order for all students to be treated equally.
Truthfulness: It is one of the fundamental values that a English grammar teacher must uphold.
They must have a positive influence on students, and students must have faith in them.
Sincerity fosters mutual respect, which aids in the effective teaching and training. It also
includes effectively communicating with teachers and completing assignment.
Fairness: It helps to motivate students and teach them the value of fair treatment. The instructor
must regard each and every pupil equitably and must not engage in partiality. It aids in

teaching them the lecture of equality so how they can achieve their goals and objectives
(Lawn, 2017).
Unity: It is clear that the teacher always works together. They ensure that are all on the same page
and all educators are treated equally. It is critical to instruct unity so that they can follow suit
in the future.
Task B

Political factors: It is the factor that includes all of the policies developed by the UK
government. Political ideology, federal regulation, and society regeneration are all part of it. These
factors have a significant impact on educational policy. Every city has its own set of rules and
regulations, as well as its own educational system. The education policy is heavily influenced by
government legislation. For instance, education reform in London differs from that in Wales, as do
validation and classes. They have both distinct curricula and admittance requirements. This is due
to various government regulations. Political ideology is characterized as a sequence of precepts,
ethical ideals, symbols, and myths of a social circle that explain how well a country's civilization
should function. It depicts a country's cultural and political template. This has an impact on
education policy because the education sector must formulate accordingly. In the case of society
renewal, a country must implement an education policy that aim to facilitate all societies to
reconstruct as they endure from economic, environmental, and social decline.
Social factors: It has been established that societal perspectives influence educational
policy. Many factors are involved, such as promoting community initiatives, engaging
inadequately groups, migration or immigration, and so on. These factors determine educational
policies, with supporting local initiatives being one of them. Education systems must formulate
education policy in such a way that each pupil is motivated to support local initiatives. It will
result in social welfare because everyone will be prepared to do good for the community (Barber
and et. al., 2020). It is critical for our educational system that all people are motivated to
participate, which implies that it should portray fairness, which is essential in a society.
Economic factors: Economic factors include technological cost escalation, tax base
variations, the economy of educators' homes, and so on. These factors have an effect on education
policy because schooling takes funding and cannot be obtained without it. Technical price is
