Various factors impact and influences the educational policy, as various social factors
impacting the educational policies in the UK.
Social factors
Examples of various social factors including: The NEET not in education, employment
and training influences the educational policies and systems adopted in the UK. NEET
employment in training majorly impacts on the societies on their physical and mental health
which increase the risk on youths as these are the youths which causes direct and indirect social
causes. This impacts the educational policy to be formed for giving more employment for this
establishing strong educational systems for individual which are discourages from education and
training which helps in giving future employment.
Further another example is impact due to globalization has influences the educational
policy, as the global educational policy decided by the UK government was impacted by
globalization. It has been identified that due to the globalisation the business has to face the
various changes and the new technical changes with the globalisation. various ranking systems
influences the educational policy formed by the government in the UK. Due to globalisation, it
enhances the ability to learn and access with adopting various new resources for learning and
acquiring knowledge. This results in collaborating and making effective use of the various
resource which helps in adopting the technologies for teaching and learning the students. This
aid chaining and impacting in positive way the educational policy and governing the UK
education system.
With this resulted in adopting the policy in schools for extending the longer hours by
seeing the global system as for attaining positive outcomes from the student. This aid in
changing the educational and learning for the Asian countries’ students. Further other examples
about the migrations and immigration impact the educational policy of the UK with leading the
changes in the skills a set of specific regulation for the students into the countries. This further,
results in creating more of the incentives for the humans as a capital investment. With the highs
share of immigrant students in the UK results in leading to higher dropping out the rates which

results in lowering the exams passing results which impacts in changing and adopting new policy
for the UK government.
Political factors
Various policies rules and regulation impacts in educational policies. The different
examples including: as various policies recommendation formed and given by the Sainsbury
during the 2015, including the more staff of educational institution engage more participation.
Also, the future tutor development must be enforced for providing high quality experimental
practices. This impact with changing various policies for educating students in UK. Also, it was
recommended about to using the combinations of inclusive learning and teaching with using pre

investments for changes.
Furthermore, Brexit impacted in the negative way, as with introduction of the new
immigrant policy and systems, which impacted the UK enrolments in various schools and
colleges for accessing the future career options. This results in negative way and impacts on the
UK educational policy in the financial loss and restricting the visa of immigrants with imposing
and with Eu laws, also various individual will be mitigated to take the participation in the higher
educational programs. Also, this rules and regulations by the government impacted on modifying
the loans and visa requirements of various students, also it has increased the uncertainty with
ever-increasing the ability to seek employment.
Furthermore, another government legislation impact on the UK education policy as for
providing education to various learners in the universities, example: this impacts in forming the
policies in positive way as for providing and teaching all the learners in fair terms and in
providing efficiently study methods with ensuring all the safe standards (Stout and et.al., 2018).
These helps in encouraging as for forming the safe and fair policy for educating and treating the
students in the classroom as for acquiring various knowledge, skills, values, attitude which helps
in contributing positively for achieving more civic and polite engagement rules.
Economics factors
Various economic factors impacting the policies relation to educational. As the various
economic factors results in achieving higher level of educational practices providing the quality
and standardised education for improvising the life of students. The inflation rate and exchange
rates impacts the price of education, as costlier the education in the economy more are the

chances of dropping quality of education and its policy. as various lectures to the students in the
university relating to the teaching the business human resource management as:
With using these examples as the impact of globalization on business, as business are
growing rapidly in the changing environment due to globalised business it results in earning
more revenues with using fewer human systems and more technical equipment’s for earning
mode. This results in impacting and achieving growth in the educational, as with more level for
revenues results in more government earning form the taxes which results in improving the
educational systems by more government spending due to high revenues. Also, various
businesses invest into the CSR as investing into social responsibility for benefiting the
educational systems and investing the amount for self-improvement this results in positively
forming the policies for educating the students with adopting various ways and systems as of
technology and different resources for teaching on online platform.
Another example, the Higher National Diploma in business management while pursuing
education from The City College aids in promoting employment opportunities this creates and
impacts in forming the UK policies as for educating the students related to educating as for
providing more employment opportunities.
Further, reflecting local employment needs aids in impacting the teaching and forming
policy as for addressing all the needs of employment with providing the adequate
knowledgeable.
(2.2) Impact of current educational policies in the business human resources management
Various strengths and weakness of current educational policies relating to the teaching
the business human resource management at The City College in the UK. The system adopted by
the college is for gaining knowledge and acquiring skills. The policies followed by the college
mainly helps in addressing and fulfilling the needs of various individual as it helps in underlying
the lessons for development in learning (Stewart and Brown, 2019.). Policy relating to the
employability strategy policy helps in forming the curriculum for teaching the student in the
classrooms for adopting and fostering the positive culture with work related skills and
developing the best experiences. The cons of not operating with the new educational policy
results in impacting the educational and the knowledge of the students of gaining the new

knowledge according to the latest standards. These policies helps in achieving great heights and
prosperity in future.
By designing the curriculum supports in developing confidence and skills which leads to
grasp better future carer employment opportunities. Using the policies and designing the
curriculum as for addressing the individual needs and want with using and implementing the use
of technology this helps in better teaching and using various modes for teaching the students in
the college relating to the business human resource management (Al- G. and et.al., 2018).
Designing and relating the curriculum with standards helps in creating the inclusive learning
environment for the students. This results in building better relations with the other students
while learning and creating inclusive environment.
Also, using and designing the curriculum with using various polices as for creating the
inclusive learning environment as with attending the positive working environment for educating
the students in the classroom (Schachner, 2019). This helps in creating and encouraging the
independent learning for the students in the classrooms. This results in promoting and creating
curriculum with addressing all the learning needs of the students while educating related to the
business human resource management in the classroom.
The third aspect of using the training and development, this is important for the teaching
various students in the classroom. With designing the curriculum according to the standard
which results in attaining better vocational qualifications for communicating and delivering
lecture to the students (Brooks, 2018). The curriculum design with suitable standards supports in
adopting the appropriate resource for teaching the students effectively in the classroom. The role
of literacy in education as it helps in achieving goals by communication effectively while
teaching students in classroom about the human resources management. further using numerical
skills and knowledge for educating the stunt helps in developing more understanding with
developing the ability of using numerical and mathematics. This helps in developing logical
thinking and reasoning better while teaching students.
4.1 Explaining the key aspects of policies, codes of practice and guidelines of organization
There are different key aspects, codes of practices and guidelines followed by the
learning sectors. These policies help the colleges to maintain discipline and decorum in the
learning environment. By making the proper policies and guidelines related to the learning helps

the students to have proper learning in the colleges. The policies of The City College are
described as below:
1. Equality and diversity: Equality is termed as the equal opportunities that are given
to everyone that helps to protect the students and other staff in the learning. As
working as the HRM teacher the policy is not to have the inequality in the class
while teaching (Jaekel, 2021). By having the equality and diversity in the City
College helps to have improvement in teaching and helps to provide more
productive and effective teaching. By diversifying the students, it helps the
teachers to know and recognize about the differences in the students while
teaching in The City College (POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, 2022). The City
College used to have equality and diversity policy that helps them to have no
discrimination in learning. The City College used to recognize that the students
and staff are having central to access and have equality. They must provide the
equality of opportunity to every student and teachers. The City College must also
provide the unlawful discrimination related to race, gender, caste, culture, etc.
2. Confidentiality: The City College is having the proper store and lock paper
documents security. This is done in order to make the exam papers confidential
with the students (Whatley and Raby, 2020). As the teacher in HRM there is the
proper confidentiality of the HRM papers in the college. This makes the students
not to know about this policy of the cited college that will make them to work
hard in order to get good marks in their examination. This is the best policy
followed by the college in order to maintain the decorum in the place of learning.
The City College used to keep the information of the students confidential which
does not have effect on their learning.
3. Observation of teaching: The observation in teaching is the most important factor
that the teacher must consider. This includes the practice of sitting in other class
in order to observe the teacher while they are teaching. The City College head
used to sometimes come and sit in the class in order to observe the teachers. This
makes them know about the quality of teaching they are giving to the students
present in the class. This is the best policy that is followed by The City College
which used to have no discrimination in the class while learning. The observation

of teacher is so important as this makes the top- level to know about the quality of
teaching taking place in the learning environment.
4. Assessment Policies: These are basically the assessment practices that helps the
teachers to know about the completion of the project or assessment. This includes
the relationship between the grades and performances of the students, role of
teacher in order to assess and reporting the achievements in their learning in HRM
course. The City College must focus on the assessment policies which helps the
students to gain good marks. The City College used to follow this policy which
used to maintain the decorum of the college and used to attract more students to
get admission over there. This is one of the important policies which the college
must focus on which helps the college to have more students ad better teaching
and placements for their career..
(4.2) Analysing the impact of The City College requirements and expectation by curriculum
practice in business human resource management
Various policies and practices impact in teaching the business human resource management to
the students in The City College includes as:
Promoting diversity and equality of opportunity: as being the teacher and teaching the
learner with creating safe learning and teaching environment also respecting all the student while
teaching in classroom. Also fostering the positive attitude and adopting all the resources. Also
treating fairly to all the learners irrespective of the colour, age, sex. Religion and background.,
adopting the equality and diversity learning environment helps in encouraging better independent
learning for the students and if not maintaining it creates and resist to learn in the unsafe and
non-equality environment which hinders in gaining motivation.
Personal and professional updating: Addressing the personal and professional updating
as by attending various online courses, learning from the other professional teachers, getting
more and more new certifications as or gaining knowledge and skills and reading books and
general knowledge (Ploner and Nada, 2020). Thus, by not updating oneself in personal and
professional way hinders in providing the latest information to the students relating to real
examples about the HRM this impacts in teaching students effectively.
Working with other: working with other as a teacher helps in providing better teaching
and learning experiences to various students in the classroom. This results in positive

experiences which help in improving the teaching and learning to students (D’Silva and Pugh,
2021). By not using this approach hinders in acquiring and developing more knowledge. As by
working with other with collaborating, sharing knowledge and skills and observing the
experiences and taking the mentoring observing and teaching with the suitable resources for the
students which helps in better teaching. Also taking peer feedback will help in working better
and evaluating for improvements while teaching students.
Evaluation of practice: also taking feedback from the students for evaluating my
performance while teaching and adopting various resources helps in fulfilling the needs and
requirements of the learners, but not evaluating aids in impaction the performance and hinders in
delivering various lecture to the students.
