INTRODUCTION Project team is the team that is formulated for the specific purpose and is terminated after a certain period as the objective of making a team is fulfilled. For the present report “women empowerment project team” is developed in the National Health Service organisationtheThe present report will discuss the required outcomes, delivery process, timelines, and relevant shareholders as part of establishing a project team. Further, critical analysis of the project plan and defines the roles and responsibilities. Topic 1 Identify required outcomes, delivery process, timelines, and relevant shareholders as part of establishing a project team Project team basically refers to the temporary team that has been formed for some common goal and consist of variety of members and all work in same direction to achieve the agenda of making a team(Martsinkovska, 2020). As the name suggests the project team is formed for the some project that has its own aims and objectives and is formed for the certain period till the successful completion of the project. For this report a “women empowerment project team” is developed in the National Health Service organisation that aims to empower the rights of the nurses, female doctors and the female patients in the rural areas of UK. In order to establish this team women empowerment project team there are somerequired outcomesexpected that are discussed below: The required outcome with this project team the NHS is to provide the nurses, female doctors of rural areas of UK equal right of treatment, respect and a right to duty in an respectable and honourable manner. In all the rural areas of UK the female patients must be treated properly without any delay or gender biased and also the the project team will take care of their right to be treated timely and effectively. To promote the message of women empowerment in the health and social care sector in all the rural areas without any failure that will represent the women of health and social care as the drivers of inclusive andsustainable industrial development of health care (Moura, Dominguez and Varajão, 2021). 3
This project team of women empowerment of NHSwillbringapromptingresultof increasing the female employment to the level males by appointing nurses and female doctors to every dispensary into the rural areas of UK. The project team will deliver the result in the form of the government support in fostering the investment in the human capital and stimulating female labour force participation in the health and social care and also eliminate the discrimination against the women patients, nurses and doctors.New women rights are developed for the women patients of the rural areas and also female doctors and nurses are appointed for their check ups and medications. Delivery Process `In order to successfully deliver the project task in right direction and also to align the resources in right time at right place it is very important to follow the delivery process. The process of the delivery for the women empowerment project team of the NHS is discussed below in several stages: Planning:the first stage where the NHS will plan the agenda of the team in order to resolve the problem of the nurses, female doctors and patients of health care sector and then form a team of the women's that will empower their rights and will boldly stand for there rights. At this stage the project needs and goals are cleared out, agreement from stakeholders is taken, accommodate the participants of the women empowerment project team. Execution:the next stage is the execution of planning of the project at the real place and at real time using the resources. The members of the women empowerment project team of NHS will visit the different rural areas of UK educate the women for their rights and modify the setting of the government health care centres by appointing female staff. Monitoring and controlling:the stage where the NHS and other stakeholders involved in this project team will evaluate the progress of the team goals. The stage at which issues in achieving goals are monitored and mitigated. At this stage the members of team will be evaluating their progress of achieving their aim of empowering the women of the UK rural society. During this monitoring the team will faced some difficulties in the form lack of resources, incompetency, conflicts of managers and stakeholders that will controlled in this stage and will resolved in other the move forward(Buheji, 2020). 4

The NGOs are the highly active in going to rural areas to educate the women's there related to their rights of treatment, employment in dispensaries, education of health benefits etc. Topic 2 Prepare and produce a project plan with defined roles and responsibilities using critical path analysis In order to produce and prepare the project plan of the women empowerment project team in which there are different roles and responsibility played by different stakeholders and other members of the team(Kononenkoand Sushko,2021). The critical path analysis is the process by which the project are planned, managed and prepared by mapping the different activities that are essential for the completion of the task. A. To gather the active members for the team:the main responsibility at the starting of the project plan is to gather the members and stakeholders for the team such as finding the nurses, female doctors, NGOs etc. This responsibility is very essential to be fulfilled effectively because the right allocation of members in the team will decide the future results of the formation of the team. This responsibility is carried by the project manager of the NHS are it is the duty of the manger to develop the team by gathering the suitable members as per the agenda and objective of developing project team. In order to achieve this role effectively the NHS must prepare a well informative and structured plan that can provide the members a best knowledge of team development. B. Conduct a meting of stakeholders:for the preparation of project plan the meeting of stakeholders is the major responsibility as the in the meeting the agreement is passed related to the inauguration of team , dates and time-frames are decided regarding the activities of the team (Team, 2021). It is the role of stakeholders to have discussions related to the team development, plans and funds, budget etc. The stakeholders have a responsibility to provide a project plan a right structure and decision making in order t have successful implementation of the plan. C. Hire the best female nurses and doctors:In order to create the employment of women in rural areas in the health and social care sector it is the role of the NHS project team to hire the best recruitment organisation that can help the project team in raising the female employment in the rural areas. This responsibility of the NHS project team to hire the doctors and nurses must be fulfilled with accuracy as the best doctors will treat the patients very greatly(Yao,2020). Under this responsibility the NHS mustappropriately check the resumes and take a adequate interviews. D. To educate the rural women's:It is the responsibility of the team to educate the women's of the rural areas regarding their rights, It is very important responsibility that Project team must fulfil that is to make the women's of the UK aware about their rights of employment in health and social care sector. It is very essential role that the project team will play as the objective is to make the women's aware of their right to have treatment(Mogaji and et. al., 2021). This role of the project planning as the time of implementation is really important as the objective of the project is to empower the women about the health and social care. E. To manage the budget of the project plan:the handling of funds and capital is very important in order to gain the access of the resources that are essential for the proper execution 8
of the project. It is role of finance manager of the project team of the NHS to manage the funds appropriately in order to stay active with the flow of funds. Keeping the funds allocated as per the different activities of the project the budget creation is must. It is the role of the NHS to show all their capital invested and funds allocated from different parties so that the project of women empowerment is showcased as the social project(Colverson and et. al., 2020). F. To monitor and control the activities of project:it is the responsibility of the members of the team to monitor the progress of the team and to control any conflict or issues in between the team members or with the stakeholders.. it is the role of the leaders and managers of the project team to evaluate the performance of team, progress and at which stage the project team is lacking in efforts etc. This responsibility of the leader must be done appropriately in order to manage the flow of work and other responsibilities in the team. CONCLUSION It is concluded from the above information that different project teams are developed in order to achieve the specific objective. The women empowerment in the health and social care sector is huge project team which has main objective of empowering the doctors, nurses and female patients of the society and rural areas. The for project team it is very important to identify required stakeholders, outcomes, timelines so that the project team can bring worth out of they efforts. Thus, preparing a project plan that mentions specific role and responsibilities is useful inj understanding and clearing the major duties during project team execution. 9
