INTRODUCTION
Project team is the team that is formulated for the specific purpose and is terminated after
a certain period as the objective of making a team is fulfilled. In the health and social care sector
there are many projects for which teams are developed (Pavez and et. al., 2021). For the present
report “women empowerment project team” is developed in the National Health Service
organisation the The present report will discuss the required outcomes, delivery process,
timelines, and relevant shareholders as part of establishing a project team. Further, critical
analysis of the project plan and defines the roles and responsibilities.

establishing a project team
Project team basically refers to the temporary team that has been formed for some
common goal and consist of variety of members and all work in same direction to achieve the
agenda of making a team (Martsinkovska, 2020). As the name suggests the project team is
formed for the some project that has its own aims and objectives and is formed for the certain
period till the successful completion of the project. For this report a “women empowerment
project team” is developed in the National Health Service organisation that aims to empower the
rights of the nurses, female doctors and the female patients in the rural areas of UK.
In order to establish this team women empowerment project team there are some required
outcomes expected that are discussed below:
The required outcome with this project team the NHS is to provide the nurses, female
doctors of rural areas of UK equal right of treatment, respect and a right to duty in an
respectable and honourable manner.
In all the rural areas of UK the female patients must be treated properly without any delay
or gender biased and also the the project team will take care of their right to be treated
timely and effectively.
To promote the message of women empowerment in the health and social care sector in
all the rural areas without any failure that will represent the women of health and social
care as the drivers of inclusive and sustainable industrial development of health care
(Moura, Dominguez and Varajão, 2021).
