Ethics and employability include different management practices to contradict the terms
as a great link in between the ethics and business management. The growth of the business is
basically depend on the shareholders, interest and different segments which are not for the use of
society but for the growth of internal development. Most of the organisation in the market face
major inequality in the society and the workforces to achieve sustainable growth in society and
the workplace. Ethical awareness within the major importance for the growth of profession and
business and changes in definition of major challenges. Ethics is more complex than codes or
prescriptive which is concerned virtues and related skills. There are major challenges which to
skills and qualities associated with the major employability. Most of the organisation increasing
concern in professional business about the need for ethical practices with arguments in both
positives and pragmatic (Ahmadigol, Dehghanzadeh and Rezae, 2021). There are different work
culture and make systematic inclusivity and care to achieve ethical consideration to work in
professional managers. The chosen issue for this project is Women's right and gender issues,
many of the women are working ineffectively due to lack of education and inadequate
healthcare. This reports consists three major parts, first is info-graphic image related to chosen
topics issues and their strategies. Another one is professional placement in which sign off sheet
are made for using undertake the placement by management of an organisation. In last, reflective
diaries are made to gain the experiences from preparation programme in accordance with given
criteria.

Uneven access to education: Around the world, most of the women are stills have less access to
education than men. Most of the women are not able to complete their primary education in the
age of 15-24 years old. Many of the people are completing their growth within the society and
faced huge impact on the society due to different causes and lack of opportunities. There are
some major issues which are related to declining growth in the gender equality as they are
associated to the unsuccessful growth of the company or even the country (Elrayah, 2021). There
are major challenges to make uneven access for the growth of education in major declining
growth of educations. It will be helpful for considering the major promotional to work and make
systematic achievement in professional education in the subsequent growth.
Job segregation: One of the important cause for having inequality of women's right and
gender issues is related to division of jobs. Most of the societies are believed that many

Placement Preparation: In my campus there is conducting a placement drive and company gave
me topic and time duration for five weeks in which I have to participate campus placement and
will be prepare for G.D. In first week, one day my peer group were sitting together and discuss
the topic which can be more reflected in this current scenario. All of them gives different
suggestion and at last we identify the major problem which can create a high impact on society
that is women, rights and gender. Basically, it concerned about human rights and currently faced
by world. Every country try to gives equal opportunity for men and women in terms of
education, sports field, employment and personal development. I personally think that be a girl I
also face a lot of challenges in this society. Most of people are typically orthodox and rest of our
broad minded person (Robson, Randhawa and Keep, 2021). We all are focus on identify that
problem which can arises day by day. Even I am included myself also I feel that am very
incompetent in team work and leadership but I overcome with my fear by participating in
various workshops, handling projects as a team lead. It really work and enhancing my self-
confidence. So, I think that every person have rights to make identity in this competitive world.
WEEK:2
Types of Inequality: In second week we all are try prepare this topic in which I identify different
types of inequality especially for women. So we find that there is many area still where women
have no equality rights in some regions or in case of village like proper freedom, lack of
education etc. even I personally relate this point to me because my family also don't gave me
equal rights as comparison to my sibling, I have no right to chill out at night with my friends.
They say that girls are not safe, and we are not secure outside home. But I totally disagree with
them because now a days I know world is not so safe but not only women also in case of men.
This is 21st century where every person have to right to live their life by their own terms and
conditions. Why girls have no right to take education? I think this is partiality villagers think that
why girls become educated according to them it is not necessary. They thought that at the end

so this will create psychological effects on person for example: less pay for similar work,
exposure of higher rate of sexual assault, higher level of stress etc. In case of society, Trans and

verbally and physically, social execution. And in case of workplace it arise reinforcing system
that affect HR policies and decision making. But it a minor problem and I can easily gave

law is transgender people act 2019 (rights to protection). It seeks to identify transgender person
in the society and discrimination may prohibited with them in field of education, employment,
healthcare, property rights and so on. These law can highlight a positive impact in context of
gender inequality and providing equal rights to each and every person in society. We have to
convince our family, friends, relative and society to remove this discrimination to gender in

Company Identification: The main problem is that with me that I can hesitate in front of crowd
I thought that no one is interested to talk with me even don't want to listen me. But I can research
and also sit together in group and conducting a debate on this issue, and after the discussion
finally got the company name who can suffer this issue and also trying to resolve it. The
company name is CDR (Centre for development and research) It is an independent NGO who
can prevail this issue and try to find out ways to eliminate this. This company is concerned for
fight against women rights and equality (Teodorescu, Morse and Kane, 2021). The workers of
this NGO were going in many villages, cities and areas and gave training session to women for
fight against their rights. I personally really very inspire with this NGO, like being a girl I also
want to changes in this world, which can highly support human rights without any
discrimination. In this developing century still there are many areas to suffer for this issues. But I
know it’s difficult to eliminate but not impossible, if we all together work upon for same
definitely this women rights and gender inequality eliminate.
Conclusion
From the above report, it has been analysed that the ethics, society an employability in

concern for the growth of employees and may be because become the reason to achieve equality

process of ethical boundaries and decline major ethics and employability.
