INTRODUCTION
In the business there are various challenges which the individual has to face and for
achieving the success they have to face these challenges and have to provide effective solution
which can work best (Eickman and et. al., 2018). To face these challenges the individual must
develop the skills which will help in meeting the objectives of the business. When the individual
develop the skills which will be helpful in facing the challenges then at that point they can help
the business to grow. This report will cover the challenges which include the apprentice
challenge, t-shirt challenge, presentation challenge and hotel challenge.
MAIN BODY
Apprentice challenge
Analysis of the challenge- The apprentice challenge is helpful in determining the
communication skills which is used to bring different ideas in the team(Milman and et. al.,
2019). This challenge not just helped me in improving my communication but has also improved
the financial skills of mine. Apprentice challenge is useful for doing the branding and promoting
the business products.
Description of the theme- This challenge is based on bringing creativity, business skills and
innovative thinking which can help me in the facing the business challenges. This skill
development will be useful for me in my career and not just this is will help me in the
development of personality.
SMART Action plan- The main difficulty which I was facing was my innovation skills and this
skill is not just required to make and build different products but is also useful in doing branding
and promotion of the products and services (Couper, 2019).
