INTRODUCTION
The process of managing a project in an organisation is known as project management. The
process of organising and managing the resources needed to complete a project is known as plan
management (Kerzner, 2017). Project managers are in charge of overseeing the implementation
of programmes. A project is a piece of work that isn't a procedure. There is a beginning, middle,
and end to it, as well as goals. Project management for Thalassaemia Service Group and Camden
Sickle Cell will be covered in this report. The report is also based on rising of funds. There is
formation of network diagram to understand the things better. There is proper analysis of the
stakeholders that are involved in the project. WBS to understand all the tasks and complete them
within time is also mentioned. Risk is always present at every level so various risk that come in
path of the project are discussed in the report. In the end of the report there is discussion related
to quality and expectation of the project as well as the method that is being used.

Formulate network diagram to show the relationship between all the activities that are part of a
project.
A project network diagram is essential because it helps teams visualise the tasks that must
be completed throughout the project (Ogunde, Amusan and Akuete, 2017). It also conveys vital
information, such as the mission's length, sequencing, and project's dependability. It is a
graphical representation of the operation performed in the project. All of the signals are
