INTRODUCTION
Legislation has its own importance for any of the nation where it describes that how any of
the work is needed to be done and what are those laws and regulations which must be followed.
Once laws are enforced, power is given to different level of court where they decide whether any
of the particular person is found to be guilt or not. This respective project has been divided into
three different parts where first part will express about one of the case law which has been
observed with the court whereas in second part “judicial beasts of burden” will be focused along
with this reflection will be there in final section.
PART 1
Describing the role of and function of those involved in the organisation and operational
administration of either a Crown court or Magistrate court as observed on the day of visit.

result because proper law and regulation are needed to be followed. If in any of the situation
magistrates forgets in this respective process, then problem might occur in declaring the

process of trail which they follows for declaring any of the decision. The whole process of court
starts just from the time period when judges enters into the court room. Then after this particular
process the role of lawyer increased where they started to present the facts in front of the judges.
The main role of jury member with the court is to listen the facts which are being presented and
according to that particular process laws and regulation are to be verified. It is necessary to
verify just to ensure that all of the laws and regulations are being followed or not and what are
those section which has been breached by defaulter. It is necessary because it certainly helps to
declare the result in the case.
In the similar process I noticed that jury member needs to do discussion with each other
whether they all agree on the points or not which has been present in front of the judges because
