INTRODUCTION
Work and organisational behaviour are important in professional as well personal life.
In enterprise, organisational behaviour plays vital role for smooth running of business
activities, functions and operations. OB is defined as behaviour and relationship between the
individuals and enterprise. It reflects how firm affects the behaviour of individual and how
employees affects the behaviour of corporation. In this, various theories and models are
involved which are being used to understand the concept. It is wider and broader concept
which is to be understood in most effective manner. Thus, knowledge & proper
understanding is required so that learning is done properly.

Aims- Main aim of this project is to understand and examine the changing behaviour
at workplace.

To understand the factors influencing behaviour at workplace

Enhance and increase the knowledge related to concept at depth
Rationale- Reason for choosing the project is to examine and analyse own skills as well
as knowledge to understand the concept of OB in proper manner so that which results in
effective decision making. Also, this project helps me to develop my own skills so that
behaviour at workplace is carried out properly. Moreover, another reason is that it enhances
my theoretical and practical knowledge at depth. The structure of report includes IMRAD
which elaborated as Introduction, methods, results and discussion. Many resources are
involved which helps in completion of the project (Salas-Vallina, 2017).
Choosing this project assists me to increase my knowledge and research skills which I can
use them in future perspective. Also, it helps me to deal with people who get influenced by
organisation behaviour. In my past experience, I was team leader in my organisation and
managing 15 team members. Tasks were allotted to them on daily basis which they have to
finish on the deadline. As this project is related to behaviour and work it was a great
opportunity for me to select this one so that leadership style and behaviour which I used them
in my past recalls them properly so that they by examining those I can develop my current
style in appropriate way (.Nangoy, 2019).

During my past experience situation, I was trying to influence my subordinates
because work pressure was more in the management and it was necessary for them to
cooperate & work more after office hours so that assigned tasks are completed on
time.
At that time, my external behaviour was aggressive as there was lot of work pressure
and files were pending which were to be completed on time by subordinates. My team
mates were criticising me for putting them more pressure even getting them work
done on Sundays.
Internal behaviour was dynamic at that time and which I used in my professional
career. I was mostly aware that subordinates will not be able to understand me but
will follow my orders in proper manner.
Through this project, I deal with many people of different behaviours and this helps me to
improve my perception and critical thinking skills which are beneficial in future or
professional life. Thus, selecting this project is most appropriate decisions which will give me
in increase of my knowledge and management knowledge (McShane, 2018).
After a brief analysis of above matter, it is specified that reason and aim of this
project are beneficial which are used in future at wider as well as larger scale. Furthermore, it
is also seen that past experience is crucial during the project because learning and leadership
styles are based upon real time experience which are then properly analysed as well as
examined.

As I recall my reflection of experience, i think that it was and great experience for me
to analyse my leadership styles and behaviours which help me to examine my all goals and
objectives which are to be achieved within a period of time. Also, I was trying to achieve
growth of career and was developing my own way of managing people as well as helping
team members to adjust at workplace in proper way. During this, it also helps me to make
new and explore new opportunities in the same organisation which I worked for as team
leader. Furthermore, as I recall my reflection and my main intention was to develop my
subordinates and prepare them for challenging task and also help them to manage work
pressure and personal life (Chumg, 2016).
I avoid my personal life at that time so that I could focus on subordinates and their
working style during the project. It was necessary as it help me to understand their behaviour
as well a problems faced by them at time of accomplishing the tasks.
My real intentions were to provide them a proper guidance and support to
subordinates so that by using appropriate leadership style.

Default routine
At that time, my default routine was as follows-
Assigning all team members the tasks and duties and putting them under their
mentors.
When the above mentioned routine didn’t work because of personal conflicts and
issues than I decided to divide them into group of two individuals and the assigning
them group tasks but with more responsibilities.
After that, when the result was in positive then I decided to assign solo activities so
that every team members will be able to analyse themselves here they stand.
Main impact of this was that I was able to implement strategies in the team and this
enhances my critical thinking skills and influences other decision in effective manner. Most
challenges at that time was it was difficult to deal manage subordinates with different
problems and situations which i had to solve so that they are able to work in appropriate way.
My strength which was I was using well was my reflection was my communication skills. I
also used many qualities such motivation, enthusiastic etc. St that time that time reaction of
people was negative as I was using aggressive behaviour on my subordinates. This makes it
difficult for me to set up with personnel. Thus, it also leads to examining the behaviour of
employees towards one another (Kordeš, 2018).
After a examining the above matter, it is seen that routine in a tem is necessary so that

they get most efficient resources in exchange & which is arranged by leader itself. This
leadership forces employee to commit for achievement for completion of the project in proper
way. During my past experience I used this style on my subordinates so that they get self-
motivated towards firm goals rather than individual one (Lindsey, 2019).
Transactional leadership-
Further arise the transactional leadership style in which leader forces followers to
motivate them through either reward or punishment. This is mostly used any leader so that
they are able to achieve the assigned task in given period of time. It motivates employees by
both externally and internally. There were many factors which affects the leadership style at

efficiency investment behaviour in which time will and hard work will be invested by me to
accomplish the goals. Whereas, my internal behaviour will be personal mechanism will be
used so that project which has been re-scheduled is carried out in most suitable way
(Newman, 2016).
Outcomes which will be achieved are-
New ideas and thoughts will be generated with proper measures.
Employees will become responsible and motivated towards firm vision and
mission.
OB theories will be applied in management by everyone in appropriate manner.
Thus, after a brief analysis of above matter, it is seen that it is crucial to personal
reflections and theory both are important part of work as well as organisation behaviour.
Through this, it is analysed that reflection has deeper impact on theory & accordingly the
other aspects are adopted. Moreover, it is also seen that reflections help individual to analyse
the weak as well as strong spot area of experiences which a person has gone through.
Furthermore, OB theories will help individual to reach to goals and objectives in proper way.
It is time consuming process but is to be used in such a way that it is easy to use such theories
with appropriate consideration.
6. CONCLUSION
After a brief analysis of above report, it is concluded that work and organisational
behaviour are to be carried out properly. This is because when both are used simultaneously it
become difficult to manage everything appropriate manner. Furthermore, it is also seen that
reflection in life is to be recalled at least one at a time so that decision making is current life
is being taken appropriately as well as wisely. In present report, various theories of leadership
and concepts are discussed through which a brief idea about behaviour and impact of leader
on employees and their behaviour. Therefore, in reflection has been considered with priority
