The focuses of studywere on outlining theories and developingunderstanding over case study. Our teamfocused on preparing different slides likeevery other team because we felt it is the bestway to promote interaction. However, ourfocus was on including kahoot because themain activity was in start. Further, me andmy team aimed at making facilitation simpleto develop clear understanding amongaudience about our topic. Describe the contributions of individualteam members:In order to promote clear understanding aboutthe topic among audience we conducted teammeeting with the motive of determiningindividual person interest on differentsegments of conflicts and negotiations atworkplace. We focused on reducing conflictand confusion and therefore divided workaccording to individual interest presence ofentire team. Deriving individual choices was

necessary because everyone in team wasdifferent like few of them introvert and somewere extrovert. I choose topic of my interestswhere I wanted to demonstrate on skills ofnegotiators which reflects value ofnegotiation process. Other group persons thatis Briana, Jenaya and Imogen focused ondefining impact of conflict on workplace.Further, two of the team members choose toanalyse and discuss about model of conflictprocess. Team shared own idea and uniqueway of discussion with audience in order tomake task interactive. Thus, I can outline thatwe managed work distribution smoothly bykeeping in my mind interest of all themembers of group.Relate my team’s effectiveness to what Iunderstand about working in groups fromstudying OB.My team’s efficiency tells some of the theoryfrom OB that our tutor previously clarifiedparticularly on the decision making andemployee participation. Earlier all of usreally start to make our own parts, we alldeliberate about the case study profounderand attach it with our topic to know what thetricky actually is and when one of us mustunderstand the case study or the topic, we alldefine it in particulars because if not foundedon my knowledge in other groups, there’sgoing to be a low level of employmentinvolvement especially in decision making.My team wants everybody to have a casual tounderwrite ideas, opinions and equal parts in

everything and not just place the burden onone person. We all choose organized how weare working to perform this facilitation andassess the results. We collaborate with eachother rather than occupied alone, if somebodyneed help with her/his part one of us will helpand with that, we figure each other self-assurance and trust to attain our goalmouths.Which is why our squad is active andsubtleties. What have I learnt about group workthrough this process? How couldteamwork be improved the next time I amallocated to a group in a work oruniversity situation?With group working I analysed that it is not aseparate work and therefore it is necessaryfor the team to have group goals. Further, itis important for the team members tointerconnect with each other to develop trustfor making one common choice. It wasinteresting for me to learn about teamcommunication as I am an introvertpersonality with low self esteem. Apart fromthis I felt the importance of learningorganisation behaviour which helped me togain insights over various aspects of businessand employee working. It was interesting toattend OB class as it was wide aspect ofexploring knowledge. I am feelingacknowledge and delightful because groupworking helped me in boosting my morale.Working cross culturally is complex becauseto leads to clash in opinions but then it helped

me to explore aspects of communicationwhich play a crucial role in managing successgroup work.While the facilitation was a formativeexercise, if it was being marked:According to facilitation I feel our groupdeserves 8.5 out 10 because of interactionwhich we created with audience. Apart from this, if scores are given personallythen according to me I deserve 8.5 out of 10because I coordinated with them membersregardless of differences in opinion andknowledge. Moreover, the systematicarrangement and precision of learningmaterial was also done by me.In addition, there were group members who Ifeel were the best in involvement and guidingaccurate path that is Megan and Peter.Our Topic (min of 800 words)The area discussed by our group was: Conflicts and negotiations in the workplace Briefly describe my understanding of this area:Conflict and negotiation is the common part of organisations where I evaluated that it isimportant for human management of company to schedule regular one to one session withemployees in order to address their every basic concern. I analysed that it is important forthe business to resolve conflicts at workplace in order to carry out smooth businessfunctioning. I feel it is the best way of resolving organisational issues is avoidinginvolvement in response which is for provoking. Further, I feel it is necessary for themanagement to develop value creating strategies as it helps in demonstrating value ofemployee to firm. Apart from this, I learned about negotiation which helps the managementin coordinating employee efforts in one direction. It is helps in managing issues on mutualinterest which I feel is the best strategy of negotiation and conflict resolution.
