It is important for the organization to maintain the healthy employee relations which
motivates the employees, helps the employees to work in team. It reduces the conflicts and fights
within the co-workers. And if employees work together organization became happy place to
work. This is helpful in retaining the employees for long term and maintaining warm relation
with the co-workers.
There are distinctive kind of theoretical approaches which can be used are unitary,
pluralist and conflicts points of view. In unitary approach it refer to that both worker and
manager cooperate to accomplish similar objectives. The management works jointly with the
association to accomplish win-win circumstance in the business. The advantage of this approach
is that it incorporates the worker and employers interests to have powerful dedication of their
representatives. The two of them work in same request to accomplish comparative objective,
interests and qualities(Kalleberg, 2015). It has negative impact in the worker relations that it
separates the power among employers and employee and it can produce various types of
conflicts among them. It can have strong effect on business to have unitary approach and taking
effective decisions.
Another approach is pluralist approach it implies that the working environment has
various arrangement of belief, qualities and practices. It has advantage that strong intervention of

employers can understand and solve the conflicts. It need not have trade union as representative
associations and using the conflicts management strategies for resolving the issues which are
associated with the employees(Johnstone, Saridakis and Wilkinson, 2019). This can assist
business with growing and accomplish target proficiency on scheduled time. Conflicts which are
arises to the employees are to be solved by the employers and management so that the target of
the company can be easily accomplished. The issues must be help the business with the goal that
it accomplishes targets of business successfully. These all issues help business to form effective
management decisions and attaining the aim of the organization. Various approaches can be
utilized at various levels in the business and it helps the company for improving it and making it
effective and better.
Business needs to search for dealing with the contention in the association and have
productive representatives who work viably to accomplish targets. It requires being effective
enough to fathom the issues and accomplish targets of organization(McBride, Hebson and
Holgate, 2015). These all methodologies must be utilized by each association to have successful
work culture in the business. It is useful to have great and fulfilled work culture in the
