Work-based learning also involves series of educational courses and training programs which integrates the curriculum of an individual of their schools and universities in the presented workplace. It is an important and essential approach which helps individuals and students to develop necessary employability skills and abilities along with creating a positive work experience. The present report is a reflective proforma that is developed for explaining the exact requirement of personal and professional training and development for an individual in order to pursue their preferred career role. A plan is also proposed for evaluating the process for employee motivation.
