INTRODUCTION
In this changing era, each and every organisation put efforts to adopt the same to satisfy
the need of customer. Similarly, the present study also helps to understand how the new change
implement within a company in order to meet the defined aim. The study is based upon small
hotel name as Birmingham Hotel who wants to implement security for their customers as a new
plan. This in turn assists to generate the best outcome and provide better security as well. For
that, the report will present the target, aim and objective of a project and with the help of project
life-cycle, it will describe how to monitor and manage the new plan. Along with this, the study
will also reflect how at project completion, manager is able to meet the deadline and attain
benefits as well.
Presenting the target, aim and objectives of a project
The main aim of the project is to implement security system for the customers by
complying with advance technology so that effective outcomes can be generated. This includes
local alarms, contact alarms and remote alarms. There is a need to implement such facility
because offering security to the employees and customers is the duty of employers. Along with
this, each organization is obliged to follow the laws and among all, health and safety is the
important law which needs to be followed (Ika and et.al., 2020). That is why, there is a need to
offer effective security facilities so that they can save themselves from any adverse situation.
This in turn assists to protect the staff and customers so that they can easily stay for a longer
term. The planning of implementing new system within The Birmingham Hotel is to comply
with entire project life-cycle stages so that company can able to meet the defined aim and attain
the same within a limited tenure.
The target market of the hotel is all type of families and business man who wants to enjoy the
services at reasonable rates. The aim of implementing such system is to provide effective
outcomes and security to the customers. The target of new innovation within a company is such
that it helps to improve the performance and sustain the brand image of a company as well. The
lists of objectives are as mentioned below:
To provide effective security to the individual within a hotel
To sustain the brand image at global level.
