INTRODUCTION Work-based learning is a process where an individual learn and improve skills which are required in career growth. A personal development plan is an action plan which is utilized by people to identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to accomplish desired target. Skills are some capabilities which are possessed by an individual that helps them in getting success (Punjani, 2019). The following report evaluation of what skills and knowledge are required for Spa manager in The Central Park Hotel. The hotel is situated in London, UK and is positioned just opposite to the famous Hyde Park. The report covers the personal development plan and a short report for planning a future career role.
