PROCEDURES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RISK
• Poor Posture: This hazard can lead to injuries while engaged in sports activities. Bad postures can lead
to injuries such as sprains, strains, fractures, bruises. Cuts or concussion.
• According to workplace health and safety guidelines, proper training should be given to ensure understanding
of proper posture in work
• Monitoring of the postures of the staff to ensure compliance to the best practices
