Poor Posture: This hazard can lead to injuries while engaged in sports activities. Bad postures can lead
to injuries such as sprains, strains, fractures, bruises. Cuts or concussion.
According to workplace health and safety guidelines, proper training should be given to ensure understanding
of proper posture in work
Monitoring of the postures of the staff to ensure compliance to the best practices
