INTRODUCTIONIt is essential for every organisation to maintain their staff members so that they can workeffectively. By giving motivation and effective guidance workers can be managed easily. As perthe given scenario of Ted Richardson, it provide the complete list of knowledge that he shouldhave in achieving organisational goals, objectives and plans. It also describes the communicationskills so that Ted can communicate information and deal with conflicts of team members. At last,it also provides the various consultation method which are necessary in the workplace (Walker,Ip, Harrell, Evans, Kapatai, Dedicoat, Eyre, Wilson, Hawkey, Crook and Parkhill, 2013).QUESTION 11. What must be done?As per the given case there are various kinds of activity which are followed by the TedRichardson, they are as follows:a) By using the AUPH, Lombaard Security Services must maintain the employment of theexisting security staff.b) Last six year, security contractor gives less interest so that Ted Richardson has appoint to givetheir less direction for their client.c) Ted also performed his duty but also give his interest to security officers so that they can workas per their set standards.d) Ted Richardson is a highly knowledgable person, so that he is appointed to handle the conflictlike bickering and back biting among the security staff.e) To give motivation and make effective control in security areas, Ted plays an important role init (Tsiouris, Kim, Brown, Pettinger and Cohen, 2013).f) It was the duty of him to keep informed the area manager related to the issues and deal with itwhen he had a time.g) It also include the role of Lombaard that every security officers is working as per the propermanner and bickering/ back- biting should be eliminated in the work area.h) They also make positive teamwork and demonstrate the work and duties which are done bythe members.1

Stages in the placeAs per the given scenario, to remove the conflict and issues in security areas like backbiting and bickering, Ted adopt the various stages, which are as follows:a)Ted focus on his skills, ability and capability which is covered in a effective workingdevelopment stages.b) In the implement stage, Ted need to change the process of motivating the employees.c) By using monitoring stages, he need to identify the issues which are faced by the securitystaff.d) Analytical stage include all those activity by which he can measure the performance of staffmembers.e) Designing Stage include preparing a design by which he can resolve the conflict.f) Evaluation and control stage include the analysing the activity which are prepared by the he iscorrect or not. It also shows the plan which are beneficial for the security staff members.3. Activity that should be doneTo analysis the activity which are performed by the team members in which time are tobe determined as follows:a) To handle the conflict in security staff members, Ted firstly analysis the AUPH in businessenvironment (Thrasher, 2013).b) After analysis the business environment of AUPH, conflicts in a working areas are identified.c) As per the meeting with Lombaard, it make the discussion that bickering and back biting areoccurred during the security staff workplace.d) After analysing the conflict, Ted the Senior Security Officer motivate and control the staffmember's performance.4. Ted oversee and monitorThere are various way which are adopted by the Ted to oversee and monitor the activityof security staff members, which are as follows:a) Ted use his knowledgable skills, expertise knowledge to handle the situation.2
