Introduction
The present study is based upon the organisational behaviour at Thames Valley
Building society where a person is being employed as an apprenticeship who then left
the organisation after 2 years of his work. Tony is now being appointed to Jane
Taylor who is now serving to the post of Senior Branch manager. The three different
key issues which are being identified this case study are mentioned below:
Lack of motivation among employees.
Team work within same department
Personal Conflicts between employees at workplace

Main Part Issue- 1: Motivation

studyThe different motivational related incidents from the case study are mentioned below:
Jane was being motivated by Mary in relation to his higher position which he is
having fear whether he can do or not.
Higher payments to Jane for his new position is another motivation to him provided
by his superior.
Arrangement of training through a management course is the next kind of
motivation being mentioned in the case study.
