The organization has currently 2000 employees working for the organization. Apart from that this organization has the experience of 120 years in the industry which helps it to manage the supply of the equipments in the big events like Commonwealth Games. The structure of the Coates Hire Businessis based on the certain principals. These principals are the vision of the organization, values of the organization, purpose of the business and the evaluation of the critical success factors.The key strategy that has been taken by the Coates Hiring company to achieve the purpose along with the business goals and objective is to take the proper implementation of the HR strategy. In order to do this organization has implemented the performance development plan for the evaluation of the performance of the employees. Three factors are used by this organization for maintaining the structure of the company and keep the employees from each hierarchy of the structure motivated about achieving the goals. These three factors are- “SAY”,”STAY” and “STRIVE”. Answer to the question no 2: Various Aspects of Coates Way and the relationship between different aspects: Coates way is the technique for doing and managing the business in the organization. There are certain aspects of the Coates way. These aspects are Performance Development Plan,

The main objective of the performance development plan is to evaluate the performance of the employees. It also helps in knowing the company and the expected standards of the company. Person to Position profile helps the employees to demonstrate the behavior that will support the objective of the organization. This person position profile helps toindicate the expected standard for the employee performance. Commit to customers is an initiative to take the follow ups regarding the customer service of the organization. This helps to improve the quality of the service for the consumers. Apart from that valuingsafety is a follow up that is taken for the evaluation of the safety in the organizational culture Answer to the question no 3: Strength and weakness of Coates’s strategy: The strength and the weakness of the Coates’s strategy will indicate the market situation of the for the business of the organization. The strength of the organization is the goodwill of the company and their presence in the industry for 120 years. Apart from that the smart business and the HR strategy helps in the growth of the business along with the employee engagement. The weakness of the organization is limited. However, there is a limitation in taking the feedback from the employees. Along with that there is absence of the reward and reorganization for the acknowledgement of the good performance of the employees.

This can be achieved through the improvement recognizing the capability of the individuals. Apart from that the proper access and the sharing of the knowledge can be one improve the whole business process in the organization. The biggest threats regarding the organization is that Coates Hiring is unable to provide the challenging projects or jobs to the individuals. This reduces the commitment of the employees towards the organization. Apart from that the implementation of the safety and policies regarding the work are hampering due to this behavior of the employees. Answer to the question no 4: Four outcomes of the Human Resource strategy: There are certain outcomes of the human resources strategy for the Coates Hiring. The main outcome of the human resource strategy is improving the engagement ofthe employees in the organization. The performanceof the employees are evaluated and rewards are given to the good performers to enhance the employee engagement.Apart from that the goal of the implementation of the human resource strategy is to achieve the organizational goals.The Coates Way is the second outcome regarding the initiative of the human resource policy. This strategy is helpful in the development of the employees and providing the solution based on the energy resources. The third outcome of the proper human resource management is defining skill set and management of talent. This also involved with the skill gap. In order to maintain the quality the another outcomedeveloped by the strategy is the creation of the benchmark. On the other hand “Stay” factor of the company will help in the employee engagement. “Strive” factor let the employees to fulfill the organizational goals. Apart from that the application of the Coates Way will help the overall improvement and the human resource strategy of the Coates Hiring Business.
