INTRODUCTION The term working in partnership can be described as to perform within a group ofpartners to complete particular tasks or project and profit will be distributed among them. Itinclude better mutual understanding and decide together fir putting efforts to fulfill specificprofitable objectives to gain better outcomes. Moreover, it is observed that businessorganizations are carried out by two or more individuals for by sharing their ideas and generatedesired outcomes successfully(Hagger and McIntyre, 2018). In context of health care firms, theyare required to work in team with an appropriate cooperation between nurses, surgeons anddoctors to deal with every single patients. It is necessary for pathologist to thoroughly analyzeactual medical situation of an individual then provide these details to specialists. Additionally,after looking the reports, doctors make a prescription for patients and nurses are required tofollow the same to give medication on time. The present reports is based a selected case scenarioof Mr. Ian including description of his overall life and health issues from which he is suffered. Italso focus on certain institutions which deal with medical problems of Mr. Ian. EXECUTIVE SUMMARYThe given assignment will focus on given case study about a patients named as Mr. Ianwho is suffering from various crucial health problems. He had faced several medical issues fromthe very beginning of his life till death which includes a terrible childhood by getting sexually,physically and emotionally abused. However, he was prone to periods of depression, episodes ofself harm and paranoia due which a habit of drunk every time along with refusing to talk withother people gained by him. Meanwhile, he get married with young son but after suffering fromheal injury, his marriage was broken. Additionally, it is observed that Mr. Ian was not physicallycapable due to having amputation in lower part of one leg with strong addicted habit of alcoholand remain dependent on the same. Thus, he get admitted to different departments of health caresector for treatment of medical problems but referred to other well being institutions but not feelrelief. Hence, it is due to behaviour of remaining drunk and do not want to involve in any activitywhich make him more weak and unhealthy day- by- day. 1

SECTION A 1.1 Philosophy of working in partnership in Health and Social CareIn health care sector, working in partnership in mandatory because different people hasdifferentiated role in context of same patient for solving medical issue in an appropriate manner.It is an important factor in such organisations because nurses. Pathologists, ward boys, surgeons,specialist i.e., all of them have specific role towards a patient for making them well beingproperly. However, pathological reports will be given to doctors by pathologist then they makean appropriate prescription which should be followed by nurses to make an individual well being(Mittler, 2012). Additionally, it is mandatory to gain an accurate knowledge about infectedknowledge sop that more effective medication can be provide to people. In context of Mr. Ian, medical specialists face several problems due to non cooperation ofhim which create problems to understand his actual mental status properly. The mental doctorsrequired talk to him but he refused for same due to which his condition cannot be improved.Moreover, he get transferred to different units of health care which include Local Authority LongTerm Team (LTT), Review and Reablement (R&R) and Risk Enablement Panel (REP).Additionally, these units also skip an appropriate communication between them to know aboutreal situation of given patient in proper manner. Thus, several philosophies are helpful toperform in partnership which are explained further - Empowerment – The term can be described as an appropriate practice which render helpin distributing knowledge for carrying out procedure in proper manner. It is very essential to gaindesired information attained by staff members to provide treatment for patients through avoidingerrors in the same. As per situation of Mr. Ian, it is mandatory to communication each singledetail to associated specialists with the case which provide support to conduct diagnosis moreappropriately. Autonomy – This refers to a strategy that directs to provide limited authority toemployees for making sudden or immediate decisions in desired circumstances to solveparticular problem. Meanwhile, medical professionals connected with case of Mr. Ian should beprovide much authority to take decision for appropriate action he has some mental problem alsobesides of physical issues (Bastiani, 2018) . Thus, the higher authority of several departmentsincluding LTT, R&R and REP which can make staff quite liberal to deal with given case ofpatient to use desired methods for solving issues. 2
