INTRODUCTIONManagement is a vast concept which mainly consists the process of attainingorganisational objectives and goals through working with human as well as other organisationalresources (Baines and Lightfoot, 2013). A business can be authorised by sole trader and partnerswho all are work for attaining high range of profit at market place through offering variety ifgoods and services to their potential clients. In the sector of health and social care partnershipplays an effective role in gaining growth and success at market place. This report will studyabout models of partnership working within health and social care sector along with variouseffective legislations, organisational practices and policies for partnership working. Apart fromthat, the effect of working practices and policies on collaborative working will also be explained.TASKPartnership working within health and social care sector. In the current scenario, different organisational players in the sector of health and socialcare prefer for partnership working as it is effective in exploring business activities at wide scalethrough serving high quality goods and services to their potential customers. Partnership workingcan be considered as a collaborative working in which two or more individuals, agencies,government and organisations perform various activities with cooperation and share somecommon interests. In partnership, organisations that are having their common goals and interestsare involved and work in a collective manner in order to gain high profit and revenue in themarket place. There are various models that are effective in partnership working in which someare described as below: Hybrid Model:Collaboration can be classified among various elements such as hybrid, coordinated,unified and coalition. Hybrid model of partnership is described as an effective combination ofprivate, public stakeholders and industry and firms that challenges the precedence among varioussectors (Blome and Schoenherr, 2011). Hybrid firms are seen as blurring the edge among public,private and other sectors. These are considered as business that are having some primary socialobjectives whose surpluses are invested in order to fulfilling some social as well asenvironmental needs (The hybrid model of partnership. 2013).1
