INTRODUCTION
Working with others is capability to effectively communicate, collaborate, cooperate or
manage all the conflicts with the other person in term to complete tasks or accomplish shared
goals. To have a significant or lifelong career, business requires working well with the others
which is why the group work is so significant in specialized world. It brings innovative ideas.
Companies thrive when business have the diverse group of members who can contribute their
individual ideas (Beddoes and Panther, 2018). Teamwork assists solve all issues, below report
based on team work and this report includes functions of team work, learning, four phases of
team work, how to identify wrong things and how to correct them, Advantages and
disadvantages of group work, skills developed during the team work and how effectively manage
group work.
MAIN BODY
What are the functions of team work
Teamwork motivates unity at the workplace
A teamwork environment encourages an environment that fosters friendship or
faithfulness. These close-knit relations motivate staff in parallel or allot them to the work harder,
cooperate or be helpful of one other. Individuals possess various talents, communication skills,
strengths, weaknesses or habits. Therefore, when a group work environment is not motivated this
can pose lots challenges towards the accomplishing the overall objectives or goals. This creates a
positive environment where staff becomes focused on the promoting their achievements or
competing against to their co workers. Eventually, this can lead to the unhealthy or inefficient
working environment of workplace (Billett, 2020). When group work is working whole team
would be encouraged or working toward same goal in a harmony.
Teamwork provide differing perspectives or feedback
Good group work structures give their organization with a variety of thought,
perspectives, creativity opportunities or problem-solving concepts. A positive team environment
is allows an individual’s to the brainstorm together, which in turn enhances their successes to the
problem solve or arrive at best solutions more efficiently or effectively.
