The research method involving data that are existing from years before is the
secondary research. The process is mainly collecting and summarizing the data found from
the researchers conducted before. Secondary researches helps increasing the effectiveness of
research with the knowledge that have been already discovered. Public libraries, websites,
journals, newspapers are some of the resources as well as source that researchers rely on to
carry out a secondary research. In the similar way, in order to carry out the research on

3. Emphasis Change
The initial process was the most vital and it was faced with challenges. The major issue was
the mental stress and strain factor that the employees faced. Initially it was about to be
ignored by the researchers however a change was implemented. It was noted by the
researcher that it is an essential part and therefore cannot be considered reluctantly. The
factor of physical change and development was also not focused enough. Therefore, in the
later part the change had to be implemented in order to be essential

Bullying is an important factor in healthcare setting as it changes the rate of people
joining healthcare industry and the turnover rate. Workplace bullying are important concerns
and they are related to the justification of the theories related to bullying in the workplace.
