Introduction
The paper is focused on business communication while including an annotated
bibliography. In this context, with the help of this discussion, an application of academic,
research and communication skills will be demonstrated. In addition to that, a critical analysis
of academic materials on the topic of diversity within an organizational context will be done
in both academic and business context. This paper will address a contemporary
organizational issue while applying research skills in order to identify, select and analyze in
the form of an annotated bibliography. To do so, workplace diversity within modern
organizations is being selected as a contemporary organizational issue of this era. Thus, after
critically analyzing academic journals relevant to the chosen topic, a summary will be
provided in the later section of this paper.
Workplace Diversity in Contemporary Organizations
The paper is all about diversity and leadership within this evolving world. The authors
suggested that academics of leadership have regularly addressed the diversity of
organizational leaders as well as followers in terms of gender, culture, race, sexual orientation
and ethnicity. Apart from this, the paper has highlighted some most provocative aspects of
contemporary leadership. For instance, the limited number of entrée of people from diverse
identity groups to different leadership roles can be seen as a contemporary issue in this
modern world. Besides, the formation of leaders’ behavior from their dual identities being
leaders as well as members of racial, ethnic, gender or other identity groups is again an
organizational issue. The authors of this article have suggested measures to address such
issues. In this context, the joining of the two bodies of research and theory is able to enrich
both domains of knowledge. Therefore, effective leadership offers guidelines for optimizing
leadership within contemporary nations and organizations.

rethinking strategies for workplace diversity within modern organizations. in this way,
authors have majorly highlighted consequences from policies, practices and the management
of workplace diversity within modern organizations. Besides, in this article diversity is
supposed to be adopted in terms of inclusiveness and justice. The authors have suggested that
embracing all talent is necessary to reach out to diverse groups which conventionally were
not elements of the core of the organizations. In this way, it was proposed that contextualize
and re-theorize above phenomena is essential for dealing with diversity through connecting
contiguity, strategic essentialism, and space or time relations for exemplifying the hidden
mechanisms of the organizational power dimensions convoluted. In this way, the study has
concluded many important facts and learning related to modern strategies in relation to
diversity in contemporary organizations.
This study has included an introduction to the specific issue on leadership and diversity in
contemporary organizations. It has been observed that leadership theories have neglected
many diversity issues. For instance, in the US, and in other nations the population is
becoming increasingly diverse hence workplace diversity is increasing proportionately. It
means that paying attention to the expectations and perceptions of diverse leaders through
diverse followers has become essential. Finally, authors have suggested that leadership
theories require to be expanded for incorporating diversity for the 21sr century among new
emerging global issues, social contexts, as well as changing population demographics.
This research study is all about slums, spirituality, and space in the context of
religious diversity in contemporary Brazil. The article has highlighted the effects of changing
religious connections. Subsequently, the impacts of such changes for the Brazilian society
