From the above report it can be concluded that workplace flexibility is concept to
provide flexibility to employees while working in the company. Furthermore it can be stated
that workplace flexibility lead in enhancing employee's performance and productivity to
maximum extend. So it can be suggested that Morrison's can promote job sharing that will helps
