This research report evaluates the performance of Work Health and Safety policy based on collected data and identifies areas of improvement for senior management. It includes a performance matrix and grading system for WHS management system elements. The report also provides a performance review, auditing, and continuous improvement plan for WHS.

This research report is a review of performance based on the collected data and the data has
been evaluated in accordance to the performance matrix previously set.
It has been identified that Work Health and Safety policy was developed which in general helps
employees to perform in accordance to the objectives. However, it is worth mentioning that
Workplace Health Policy should change by considering views of the employees. It has also been
identified that performance of senior management is falling behind the standards; thereby, it
needs to be enhanced in accordance to performance indicators given in the following.
