Underpaid problem is one of the most common problem within a workplace which need decision-making process to solve them. Alternative:finding the alternative is one of the most important part in decision-making process which means finding the reason behind such problem. If an business find that underpaid is the problem then business should look for alternative of the problem to solve the problem in the business organization. Choice making:after the identification of problem and alternative, next step is to chose which one was correct and who have the actual fault. In the problem of underpaid, the business have to choose employee as they have the problem not the employee.
Solution providing:solution is the thing which both, the company and employee was waiting for, this is last step which highlight that solution need to be given. In the problem of underpaid business need to provide solution to the employee. Development of plan for implementation of solution: Every business organization face problem in their workplace which means they need implement solution for the problem, these plan include: Action required:action are the fist and the most important thing in the implementation of solution for the problem, a business need to develop action which is required in the solution implementation. If the problem is unstable work balance that means a business need to take certain action to provide solution. Scheduling the actions:after the identification of action, next step is to schedule the action. Scheduling means setting time to provide the solution, it is very clear that business need to provide solution as soon as possible to remove the problem and avoid any kind of uncertainty within the workplace. Resource:resource means every problem need some resource such as money and extra affords. If the problem is major and need to be solved then business organization use resources of the solution. Review:review is last step in the plan to implement solution, every plan need to be review first before implementation because there might be some changes required in the process. Communicating plan with the stakeholders: When a business organization plan anything in the workplaces then they need to communicate with the stakeholders and review their understanding on the plan (Marmaras and Nathanael, 2021). It is very important for business to actively involve stakeholder in the process of planning and implementing, this help them to get better idea about the strategies and
stakeholder also feel valuable, there are certain ways to communicate plan with the stakeholder such as: Meeting:meeting are one of the best way to communicate plan with the stakeholder as these meeting help business to involve stakeholder. Reviewing means measurement the matrix of the plan with before and after the implementation, this help them to understand which area is not performing well in the business organization.
