Introduction
The topic that has been selected is the workplace
relationships building. This is one of the most
important aspects in the modern day organizational
setup (Robescu and Iancu 2016). Employees have to
develop a proper cooperative understanding with
one another. A positive working culture is needed so
that all are able to develop a collaborative attitude
and a proper team bonding spirit.

Aims
 Employee friendly working culture must be
developed so that they can reach out to their
managers anytime they are in need of any help
(Richmond et al. 2017).
 Managers have to develop a horizontal
communication system so that the employees are
able to reach out to them without suffering from any
kinds of hesitations

 Workplace development is needed as the amount of
complications is developing at a very rapid rate in
the modern day scenarios.
 It is for this reason that the managers and the higher
authorities must always try to make sure that they
are developing the employee training and
development skill and training programs (Kreye
2016).
