Managers have to develop a horizontal
communication system so that the employees are
able to reach out to them without suffering from any

Workplace development is needed as the amount of
complications is developing at a very rapid rate in
the modern day scenarios.
It is for this reason that the managers and the higher
authorities must always try to make sure that they
are developing the employee training and
