Environmental Sustainability Policy
The main aim of the sustainability policy is to build new initiatives for the purpose of energy reduction
and implementing a pollution policy in low volume within a reasonable budget. The ISO 140001 standard
along with the other environmental standards are required to comply with the legislative policies of the
environmental agencies. The risk mitigation strategies are designed according to organizational budget of
less than $ 1 million and inviting the whole staff of the company as well as the audiences in the theatre to
participate in the sustainability process.

System of sustainability
 Energy audit with on-site feasibility monitoring plan by setting proper benchmarks
on the energy meter levels.
 Water usage report to be maintained with proper maintenance of fittings and fixtures
of taps
 Learning workshops and events inviting families of audiences to participate in the
conservation of natural resources
 Competency –based training to the staff through coaching , mentoring and safety
training through on-the –job induction.
 There should be waste audit with a proper strategy to prioritize the salvage and

 The staff are required to participate annually in Occupancy Survey for
the sustainability reporting
 Proper recycling processes for the waste management on the company
premises

Expected outcomes of trainees
There should be positive behavioural change towards conservation of natural
resources
with knowledge of how to handle and dispose hazardous chemicals. The staff should
be aware of less electricity consumption and engage in sustainable management
practices through surveys.
Their learning should be reflected on proper delivery of tasks with zero mishandling
of resources and increase in environmental practices adopted in the company
premises.
