This research proposal aims to analyze the impact of the global pandemic on workplace transformation within organizations, with a case study on DCS Group. The study will identify challenges faced by the company and evaluate strategies to implement transformation practices effectively. The research objectives include acknowledging the concept of workplace transformation, identifying challenges faced by DCS Group, and evaluating significant strategies to deal with the impact of the pandemic. The study will use a quantitative research methodology and collect data through a questionnaire and secondary sources. The research design is descriptive, and the sampling method is probability-based. The study will contribute to the knowledge base on workplace transformation and help in developing effective strategies to deal with the impact of the pandemic.
