RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research philosophy- There are two types of research philosophy within research
methodology that are positivism and interpretivism (Belotto, 2018). In the following research,
interpretivism research philosophy is selected as it helps in collecting and analysing the in-depth
information about the research topic.
Research Approach- It is divided in two forms which includes inductive and deductive
approach (Fischer and Guzel, 2022). In the following research, inductive research approach as it
is a systematic procedure which help researcher in order analyse qualitative data related to the
research topic.
Research strategy- It is available in many forms like survey, interview, case study,
observation, systematic literature review and many more (Levitt, 2021). In the case of current
research, the researcher selects survey and interview strategy in order to get valuable and
accurate information by directly asking from the respondents.
Research Choice- It is divided in two categories which can be described as quantitative
and qualitative method (Valtakoski, 2020). In the current conducted research, the researcher
selects qualitative research choice as it helps in collecting, analysing and using in-depth
information related to the research topic.
Time horizon- There are two types of time horizon in which the research is conducted.
The researcher selects cross-sectional time horizon as it help researcher in order to conduct the
research in less time (Denny and Weckesser, 2018). This will also help research in order to get
trending information about the research.
Data collection- This is classified in two forms which can be defined as secondary and
primary data collection method (Hays and McKibben, 2021). In the case of current research,
