INTRODUCTION
 Workplace transformation is taken into the consideration for
having the rearrangement in respect to get the pattern of working
reliable to coordinate with the changing circumstances.
 The current investigation will focus on having the significant
assessment of the role workplace transformation in order to cope
up with the changing business environment of Liberty Store.

CONCLUSION
 From the above study it can be concluded that work place transformation play crucial role In coordinating
with the changing circumstances.
 For the recent study, aim, objectives and research questions has been formulated that has given the
corrective direction for carrying forward the research.
 In addition to this, the distinct themes have been made to have effective information in literature review part.
 Further the research methodology section concluded that the use of qualitative technique is very beneficial
as it assists in improving the knowledge relating to the research topic.

RECOMMENDATION
 With the above analysis it is clear that there is certain
requirement for Liberty London that they must try to
manage workplace transformation. These
recommendations are as follows-
 The first and foremost strategy recommended to the
company is to continuously perform the market research.
