This research study aims to analyze the impact of the global pandemic on accelerating workplace transformation in Primark. It will identify the importance of workplace transformation and examine strategies adopted by Primark to deal with issues faced due to the pandemic. The study will use a deductive approach and survey method to collect primary data from 40 employees of Primark. The data will be stored in mobile and USB storages and will be kept confidential. The study will comply with the Data Protection Act (1998) and ethical issues related to informed consent, confidentiality, and data storage will be addressed.
