Introduction
Workplace transformation is defined as rethinking about the workspaces to
accommodate the different kind of work, workers and technological departments.
In other words, it is a method which is used to improve workforce skills, tools and
manage different constant changes within the organisation and manage beneficial
strategies. It is important to work effectively and monitor the activities closely in
business and public places.

Project Aim and Objectives
Aim: To evaluate the impact of major external events that has transformed the workplace
environment. A study on Asda.
Objectives:
To understand the concept of workforce transformation in Asda.
To analyse major strategies that is used by Asda to achieve workforce transformation.
To determine challenges faced by Asda while working on required transformation in Asda.

Literature Review
To understand the concept of workforce transformation in Asda.
As per the opinion of Caglor., 2020. The workplace transformation is executed on the
basis of work that realizing that there can be uplifted the skills pf employees that may
contribute towards accomplishment laid business activities. There is also need to think
about re-structuring for make better jobs. For this purpose to enhance effective workforce
transformation in perspective of Asda Stores their manager creates to redesign the
development of skills sets..

Project Management Plan
Scope: The scope of Workplace management transformation strategies to make positive impact on
the society and the company towards longer period of time. It will helpful for the company to
work to make new designing techniques in today’s environment.
Cost: The Cost occurred to complete the transformation workplace which is $5000 around. It is
having small scale research and all data where the data get to collected through primary and
secondary.
Time: The overall time schedule has been captured on the basis of complete the study to mapped
through proper time schedule within Work breakdown Structure and Gantt Chart to complete
period of time

proper manner. It is analyzed that having sufficient resources that is funds, capital, members
etc. motivate researcher to implement activities.
 Communication: This element determines the resources and tools that will be used for
communicating the data gathered from the investigation along with the activities conducted
through it.

Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt Chart
 It is defined as a project management tool which is used for breaking as well as segmenting the whole
activities as well as task of study. In addition to this, it help researcher to categorize or divide the whole
project into a manageable and easy manner which leads to completion of study within given time frame.

through theoretical way of findings to generate outcomes.
Quantitative Research Method: It is the data about collected on which numerical
form and is representing through actual facts and figures. It helps to research to
have an depth information. In present study about quantitative research method
towards better process.

Reflection
 It is analyzed by conducting the study that talent management plays vital role within an
organization as it assist in raising performance, productivity and profitability of an organisation.
During the study, the task of collecting data through questionnaire assist me in gaining
knowledge about research topic and to develop meaningful conclusion as well. In addition to
this, I learned about various skills that is data analysis, data interpretation, communication skills,
time management and so on
