INTRODUCTION
people work to give various fundamental thing like food, clothing and shelter for themselves as
well as their families. When these fundamental necessities are satisfied than different
requirements and needs are raised in order to make comfortable life. There are different
inspirational variables that motivates individuals to work and accomplish all jobs and
responsibilities in proficient way. In this report different positive and negative factors that affect
their performance and profitability. Businesses adopts various strategies and planning to
eliminate all negative factors that enhances people working performance and productivity. Apart
from that, various theories are covered in this report.
TASK
Concept of motivation
Motivation is characterized and depends upon the physiological and mental powers that direct
and inspires conduct of conduct of an individual and group of persons to accomplish work in
productive way. There are different kind of motivation like intrinsic and extrinsic motivation that
leads people towards attaining all defined goals and objectives properly. that is identified with
mental ideas that raises the inspiration through upgrading the pride as cutthroat individual. The
separate idea relies on the Maslow's hierarchal need is the motivational theory (De Mooij, 2018).
The individual idea is identified with Taylor scientific management that expresses specialists are
paid more on the off chance that they work more. Basically, the compensation is provided on the
basis of people work. There are two factors of motivation that are defined below:
Intrinsic motivation: Intrinsic motivation is related to internal factors of the employee and an
individual who gets motivated from own inner feelings.
Extrinsic motivation: Extrinsic motivation comes from external factors. In a company the
management team and organisational staff are motivated through different extrinsic motivational
factors and different rewards such as monetary and non-monetary both are provided which
facilitates employees to attain work performance and productivity objectives efficiently (Dunne,
2018).
