Introduction
In the economy individual work to fulfill their basic needs so that they can live a healthy
lifestyle. If the people will remain motivated towards their goals then it will helps in
increasing their ability of the person towards the assign task. Motivated people creates
their unique image in the economy so that there growth chances can be increased in the
marketplace. If the skills and knowledge of the individual will get enhanced then it can
help developing the new ideas. In any profession skills are very important so that long
term, growth of the business can take place. If the individual will not enhance their
knowledge then it can affect the career growth of the business which can further affect
the growth of the economy of the economy in the marketplace. In this report it will be
analyzed that how motivation helps in enhancing the performance of the individual
(Pawirosumarto, 2017).
What does Motivation Mean?
It is basically the capability of the individual to perform the assign task so that their goals
can be achieved effectively. Motivation helps in increasing the confidence level of the
individual so that they can hesitate while completing the assigned task in the business.
leaders and managers of any profession should try to complete the build up the
confidence level of the employees so they can helps in increasing the productivity of the
business in the marketplace. Motivation helps in continuous development of the
individual so that growth chances of the individual can be developed properly maslow’s
hierarchy of need is basically the theory which suggest that people work basically fulfill
their needs so that they can lifestyle can be maintained. There are two type of motivation
extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivated deals in safety need of the individual
whereas intrinsic motivation deal in self esteem need to the individual. Instrinsic
motivation comes from the internal capability of the individual whereas extrinsic
motivation comes from the external factors which help in improving the performance of
the individual in the marketplace (Hur, 2021).
