Introduction
World of Work is referred to an environment wherein people perform various
tasks that help in accomplishment of the individual as well as organizational objectives.
The report focuses upon the concept of how the people work at an organization or at the
work place. It can be considered that money is not the only reason that provokes a person
to work but financial independence is also a factor that is a reason why people want to
work (Zhang and Capra, 2019). This help a person to have a more control over his or her
life.
What does Motivation Mean?
Motivation is considered as a desire to accomplish the various goals of a person.
Motivation is a concept that works in order to take an initiative that further facilitates
guidance and maintenance and further helps in maintenance of a goal oriented behaviour.
Motivation is a process that comprises of various forces like social, cognitive, emotional
and biological forces (Schunk and DiBenedetto, 2020).
In order to highlight the Motivation concept, Maslow's need hierarchical theory
has been explained below. Maslow's need hierarchical theory has identified five basic
needs in order to identify motivational concept. The five basic categories of human needs
are defined below.
Physiological needs- Physiological needs are the basic human needs that are
important to accomplished in order to have have proper survival. The
physiological needs comprise of food, water, air and shelter.
Security needs- The security needs comprise of various security needs such as
financial security, health and safety needs and emotional and social needs. In most
of the situations, the security needs arise only after the basic needs are fulfilled.
Social needs- Social needs are referred to the needs that basically fulfil the love
and belonging needs of of an individual. These include affiliation needs, love,
relationship needs, etc.
Self esteem needs- The self esteem needs are basically referred to the various
needs of an individual such as respect, recognition, accomplishments, etc. The self
esteem needs are considered very important needs in order to motivate the
employees.

INTRODUCTION
Individual work to you there several basic needs that are essential for their and their
family's life such as food clothing housing and many more. When such basic requirements are
get fulfilled then various needs and desires are upraised in respect to create an effective and
relaxed life (Tudy, 2021). As there are various stimulating variables that encourage employees to
perform their tasks and achieve all their goals and targets in an effective manner. In the
following report various factor which motivates employee to work has been discussed and the
positive and negative factor employs experience as a result of the job roles are also mentioned.
Apart from that, various strategies are covered in this report to overcome the negative aspects.
TASK
Concept of motivation
Motivation is considered and rely on the functional and physical authorities that
stimulates and motivates and individual or the group of individual to achieve that task in an
effective manner. As there are various sort of motivation like internal and external motivation
that will lead an individual towards their effective targets and aims as suitably. It is determined
by psychological thoughts that will increase the motivation by promoting the orientation in an
individual. The distant manner of thoughts will depends on the Maslow's hierarchal need that is
the motivational theory (Hafermalz, 2021). Generally, the manner of benefits is offers as per to
the performance of an individual towards their work. As there are two factors of motivation that
are as follows –
Internal motivation Internal motivation is connected and linked with the intrinsic
factors of the individuals who gets encouraged from their inner approaches.
External motivation External motivation comes from extrinsic factors. In the
management the organisational groups and staff faculty are increased by various external
motivational factor and diverse benefits like financial and non- financial both are offered
to them by which employees will perform better and will accomplish their targets and
goals as effectively and efficiently.
