Task 1
Introduction
Problem solving is important in light of the fact that it will assist organization with
accomplishing the goals. The report will discuss complex problem, cause and effect analysis and
pestle analysis. Further will analyse solution to problem and implementation plan.
Role play
1. Operation manager: according to you what are the factors which leads to employee
dissatisfaction?
Participant 1: social factors
Participant 2: political factors
Participant 3: economic factors
2. Operation manager: does your feedbacks are valuable to your manager?
Participant 1: no

3. Operation manager: does your company believes in equality and treat every employee equal?

4. Operation manager: according to you what are the factors which affect your working
adversely?
Participant 1: non flexible working hours
Participant 2: work load
Participant 3: does not value employee opinions
Interpretation:
From the above questions it can be interpreted that for every employee there are different
factors which leads to dissatisfaction. Majority of participant believes that company do not listen
to the feedbacks of their employees. There is not equality in the organisation as discrimination is
prevailing and salary is also not given as per ability and superiors are bias with their decisions.
This leads to dissatisfaction. Employees believes that company does not provide flexible

working hours and excessive workload affect their productivity. Company also does not consider
employees as part of the organisation that is why they do not consider their opinions.
Managers of the company should make sure that employees are recruited and promoted on
the basis of their ability and not on partiality basis. They should also provide flexible working so
that employee can balance work and life. Meeting should be held with employees in order to
listen their problems and opinion as this will motivate them.
Nature and impact of complex problems on the performance of organization
Job dissatisfaction is the complex problem which is winning in the association. some
organization carried out autocratic leadership style since they felt that quick choices can be made
through this initiative style in light of the fact that in this style significant choices are taken by
more significant position authority just and doesn't include worker suppositions in the dynamic
cycle (Park, Chae and Kim, 2017). This is the main motivation of worker disappointment since
representative feels that they are not esteeming by the organization and which is thwarting their
efficiency.
Cause and effect analysis of complex problem
Problem identification:
For the initial step issue must be recognized. serious issue is disappointment among the labour
force (Savale, 2018) .
Main problem causes:
Major cause of the problem is when company doesn’t listen to the employees. Then employees
feels that they are not value by the company and that facilitate dissatisfaction.
Identification of sub causes of the main cause:
Job dissatisfaction can arise if company does not treat fair to every employee. Analysing
diagram:
Organization can direct overview with their representatives. So they can precisely came to
realize that what are the justification their disappointment.
Pestle analysis
Political factors:
Organizations are zeroing in on ability the executives more than execution the board which are
contributing into complex issue which is job dissatisfaction (Pacheco and Aveiro, 2019).
